These guys are obviously having some problems with their inventory - I ordered on 7 December and haven't heard a dicky bird despite emailing. I was almost ready to give up and write a moany review whilst on the phone to their customer services line listening to the phone ring out with no answer after enduring a few minutes of their manic automated response. However it was eventually answered - I spoke to very lovely Liz - and she assures me the parcel is going out tomorrow and she'd see to it personally as the stock just arrived. Sounds like supply chain issues, so I wouldn't order from them if you're in a rush.... but I'm looking forward to my parcel arriving asap as it's a xmas gift and shout out to Liz for her lovely phone manner! Thanks Liz.

Update - my order arrived 48hrs later, and in time for Christmas. Thank you again Liz!

Definitely not Royal treatment from Kings and Queens. Sadly joining the unfortunate group of people who appear to be shafted by this company. Same as everyone recently ordered on 2nd Dec, notified 4th Dec awaiting stock should be 7-10 days and then posted next day delivery. Radio silence ever since, have messaged twice and had no response, haven't wasted my time trying to call as know from other negative reviews they don't answer phone. Staff probably enjoying the benefits of everyones money with boozy lunches and Christmas parties. Don't be fooled by website which looks the business, a little searching on Facebook shows they have recently rebranded, I wonder why?? not in the least suspicious. Do not give your money to this company, they will be bust by the New Year.

So an update, my package did arrive this morning and was all correct and well packaged. I don't know if its coincidence that my review went live and I got tracking info literally minutes later. Its a real shame that this is happening to customers and they are not kept informed of the progress of orders. I have amended the rating but sadly I wouldn't use Kings and Queens again as don't like the uncertainty of wether my items will arrive.

I think this company is a scam. They dont deliver and the phones are never answered email are not replied to.

Avoid this company! Ordered set of plates with them early Dec. Was told would be with us by Monday. They have not arrived and now the seller has stopped responding - ignoring emails and their phone lines are down. Save yourselves the time, stress and money!

Same story as all the recent reviews order placed 30th November then got an email to say out of stock . Impossible to call them as and no response to emails. I've reported them to my bank. Do not buy from here. Awful company

Update. Got an email today to say my order is out for delivery. I emailed them saying I don't want it and that they need to read here if they want to know why ! got a refund straight away

I ordered my glasses on the 4th December and waited 2 days later I got an email saying the items were out of stock I have now emailed twice first reply saying my order will be with me early this week and I haven't received an email or anything to say it has been dispatched. I have emailed twice since wanting to know the status of my order and have yet to hear from the company. I needed these as Christmas presents and ordered them within the time range of getting them on time for the Christmas period

Ordered some wine glasses on 7 December, informed that order was out of stock but will be dispatched in 7-10 days and in time for Christmas. It is now 19 December and I’ve heard nothing. I’ve emailed and called numerous times, the phone either rings out or cuts off. Extremely disappointing that this company is unable to adhere to the basic level of decency and to keep customers informed when items are paid for and well overdue.

Update: within 24 hours of writing this review someone responded to one of my emails and the item turned up 2 days before Christmas!

ordered 6.12 got an email say not in stock the next day saying they will restock and arrive before christmas now 19.12 and still nothing tried to call and a number of emails still no hope needed before christmas will be now contacting bank if not heard anything to sort this out can’t advise before christmas all i wanted was a cake stand and tea towels

Same story as everyone else here: Order placed 26 November, out of stock email from customer services the next day. It's 19th of December and zero response. I was suspicious this was a fake e-commerce business but other reviews here prove that they are not fake, just extremely incompetent. My £100 order payment is helping fund their working capital while they sort their mess out.

I placed an order 41025 on 29th November and got an email on 30th saying the order wasn't in stock (the website didn't show this at all and allowed me to place an order of £233.60. I have since tried to get in touch via email and phone the phone is always engaged or if you do get through they disconnect it. I now want to cancel the order but will have to go to my bank to sort this out as they look like they are no longer in business

Placed an order on 4/12/23. Then received an email saying the product was out of stock but would be sent a week later. Nothing has arrived. No response to my emails and the phone cuts off when rung. I will be contacting my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

So disappointed had everything I needed, I thought. Ridiculous system of notifying items out of stock about a week after ordering then saying 7-10 day lead time for stock. Have now given up on any hope of order being delivered in time for Christmas, order placed 03/12

Order number 42495. I am annoyed with myself for not checking Kings & Queens reviews before I placed my order. I would not recommend dealing with them at all. There's a very familiar thread to all the reviews. They take your order & your money & then they tell you they are awaiting stock, in my case with a platitude 'not to worry it will arrive before Christmas' funnily enough they don't state which Christmas! I've emailed for an update & received no response. I have just emailed them again today & I'm not expecting a response tbh. Therefore, I'm now looking in to their background & trading practises & contacting trading standards I will update when I have more information.So far I feel as if I have been fleeced. I should have gone to John Lewis or maybe online with Belleek would have been a better experience. Lorraine Burrell .
Update. Requests for an update on whereabouts of my order were completely ignored, therefore I asked for a refund & I ordered from Belleek or Belleek, I got a better deal & received my glasses, beautifully packed & just a few days after ordering, even though it was Christmas holiday period.

I placed an order a few weeks ago and had an e mail stating not all items were in stock , and how did I want to proceed .. I asked for what they had in stock and the rest to be delivered when available .. sent numerous e mails without response and their customer services telephone number is constantly engaged and impossible to get through .. will be instructing trading standards if this is not received this week .. appalling customer service and will never shop with them again !

Ordered 7th December, was told my item was out of stock a few days later. When I go online today, I’m still able to order my item?? So it can’t be out of stock. No response when I contact them and asked for an update. 1 week to go till Christmas and my husband won’t get his present by the looks of it. Unimpressed.

I much like the other people on here ordered 1st December only to receive an email saying it was out of stock and would be 7-10 days and have still not received the item . I have emailed more than once with no response and also phoned and the phones are cut off.
They have however taken my money , this was a really important Christmas gift and I’m not sure I will be able to get another one in time.

It would be better to state the item is out of stock rather than take peoples money and not send out the items particularly at this time of year when most will clearly be Christmas gifts. Very disappointing when I could have got it else where but try to support smaller businesses and will now not have that gift so won’t be doing that again!!

Similar to other 1 star reviews - ordered 30.11.23 and received email next day advising 7 to 10 day lead time.
Now unable to contact them as nobody is answering calls. Was a Christmas gift so really disappointed, will be requesting refund via PayPal

They tried to send item to me even though they had not replied to any of my messages etc. Relieved that I had not been scammed. Eventually they replied to me and apologised and quickly refunded me. Increased rating to 3 stars

I ordered a carafe on 25/11/23 and have still not received it. I’ve emailed them several times now. The first time I received a reply saying it was out of stock and should be a 7-10 wait. I tried emailing since and now no reply. Not sure if this is a scam site. 😡

Order placed 14th Nov. Got Standard email as per most other negative reviews received stating products not in stock. 7-10 day lead. 12 days later np updates I eventually got through to CS and was told items had arrived were waiting to be stocked and then picked. A week later still no items, lengthy hold no answer to calls. Emailed and got a call back saying not everything was in stock but they'd send what they have got. A further week later call after call after unanswered calls I am still awaiting goods. Seem they'll quickly take your money for items they clearly haven't got and then fail to supply. Feel sorry for the CS team who clearly cannot keep up with this companies incompetence.
