The order was smooth and prompt as was the delivery.

From the start of my search for a Trailtec mount I found this site but phone calls were by appointment only, not a welcoming start. Then when the online order didn’t go through i phoned them and they said no to pay again as it’s probably just glitch in the system and I offered to pay over the phone as my order was time sensitive. They said no, and I said if you need me to pay again to ensure the order is posted that day I would and I wasn’t worried about the double payment as long as the order was in the post. The following Monday (the weekend has passed) they rang and said the payment didn’t go through so Ive now missed the window of getting my tablet mount for my adventure ride in time. I understand you don’t post something without payment but I left my details and told them if their was any problem to contact me and I’ll sort it and it wasn’t about the money, but I needed some customer service. Apparently that’s not a priority. If there was somewhere else to buy what I wanted I’d have gone there. Not the end of the world, but disappointing as the gps tablet mount will probably be waiting when I get home. A little understanding of your customers needs and not putting “phone calls by appointment only” would have avoided this situation. Lucky I only need one.

Good quick communication with the staff. Once I made payment the goods were dispatch quickly and the shipping method and transit time was quick. Goods arrived in great condition too.

Good experience, great quality and recommended to mates

Purchased stealth props for my Air 2s drone which work well. Easy purchase and arrived promptly. If you buy the red ones, be aware that they are covered in a red dye and need to be cleaned.

Kingfisher Drone Services didn't even have the courtesy to let me know that the post out of Townsville had been delayed. So, I had been waiting for days on end until I emailed to find out where my parcel was. Also, though they have a number for texts (0480 782 073 (TXT ONLY) Calls by Appointment number), they still do not respond on it. They did respond to my email about where my parcel to say it has been delayed.

***Responding back to Kingfisher Drone Services***: Our sympathies do go out to you and all affected as a result of the flooding but please note not everyone will be aware of what happens in Townsville or North Queensland, hence, why communication is key to alert customers.

Even a one or two words post on your social media would have sufficed or a banner alert on your website to this effect. Furthermore, it does not seem that anyone responds on your TXT ONLY number (even to SMS) and customers do not seem to have a number to reach you directly on, only via email. Reflect on those. Nonetheless, stay well and safe.
