We had an excellent experience with Kingdom Strollers. The pick up and drop off of the stroller was so easy and convenient and the stroller we ended up with was absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend!

Process for getting and returning the strollers was easy and convenient. Stroller was in excellent condition and very clean. would recommend Kingdom Strollers to those looking for a quality stroller in Orlando. Only suggestion would be to have the person dropping off the stroller to demonstrate how to collapse the stroller. We figured it out, but it took some time to do it.

Our experience was top notch! From booking to delivery, the communication was flawless. The delivery and pickup text reminders were nice and the employees were extremely easy to locate onsite at our hotel. The stroller was like new and the rain cover included was so helpful during afternoon storms. I’d highly recommended this company and will use them again for future trips. I can not express enough how easy this process was they drop your stroller at the resort and pick it up at the end of your trip. They were very understanding when our bus was delayed and waited there until we arrived. The stroller was perfect well worth the money. I highly recommend and will use them for future trips.

When we arrived at the resort, it was readily available to us. Both my children, one is 6 yrs old and the other is 13 months old, fit comfortably in the double stroller. Text to return and ready for pickup was so convenient as well. We had no issues. It truly made our park to park visit very easy and convenient. I have had multiple interactions with Kingdom Strollers. Each time they have been responsive, professional, flexible, and accommodating. Their equipment is top notch. I highly recommend.

Loved how easy it was. They came right to your hotel and drop it off at Bell services and texted you when they were almost there. The stroller was super easy and the kids thought it was very comfortable. We rented the citi mini double stroller. The pricing was great and the best value around. However, there were points when the stroller pieces for the buckles would fall apart and we would have to put them back together. Overall it was a great experience and I look forward to using kingdom strollers in the future.

All the staff from kingdom strollers was absolutely amazing from drop off to pick up. We unfortunately had to leave our trip a few days early and they were more than helpful in accommodating picking up our stroller from the resort three days earlier than our initial planned pick up. Recieved a very clean stroller with a handy cooler! But we were effienctly notified via text that it was ready to be picked up or dropped off at hotel.

There needed to be someone at the airport who would show you how to use the carriage to close up and all. It would have made it easier. After numerous tries we had to find someone to help us

Awesome company! Stroller was at vacation home when we arrived in perfect condition. It was so helpful when navigating Disney! All I had to do was set it out in front of the house and send a text saying it was ready for pickup on the day of return. So easy and convenient! Will use again!
