I think they stink
I think they stink. I wait forever to get a t-shirt for someone in the hospital with diabetes, & they say it was delivered. but i never received it. So they tell me to check with the post office, check with the one who delivers the mail, check with neighbors, etc. They should do it, not me. I wish i had checked reviews before i ordered from them. They never would have gotten my money. Lesson learned… Whst a lousy company…

KINDMINDWEAR has been terrible
KINDMINDWEAR has been terrible, it has been two months waiting for a t-shirt I purchased for a friend with Diabetes, her Birthday was three weeks ago. I keep getting emails updating the delivery, from Poland. Terrible, do not order anything or trust them.

Shipping time was not warned
I ordered 2 t shirts and some buttons for August's Substance Abuse Awareness month. I had many friends that are passionate about this cause and wanted to wear during August in support of this cause.
I contacted the company as the shipment was taking a long time.
I was unaware the shipment was coming from overseas. I complained that I would not get my products in time to support the cause I was purchasing the products for.
I was told they could not stop the shipment. I would not have ordered what I did if I knew the shipping would take so long. The package arrived in September.

My order was delivered to a completely…
My order was delivered to a completely incorrect address, in another state. My order email confirmation clearly shows the correct address. I contacted them originally regarding an overcharge, they responded quickly and refunded the amount. However they are ignoring my emails regarding the delivery mistake. And it's frustrating that yiu cannot speak to them in person. Their numbers listed online reach a different company called Kind Mind Clothing, or are inactive. I will have to contact the BBB if they continue to ignore me.

This company is a joke…placed an order…
This company is a joke…placed an order for childhood cancer awareness shirts in August for late September delivery. Noticed on September 18 that the order left Cincinnati for Texas (interesting since I live 54 miles east of Cincinnati) I reached out to them inquiring what is up and have gotten the run around on my order. Now they want me to call Texas usps to find out what is going on with the order…I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I would give them less than one star if possible. I honestly don’t think it’s a real company and is probably a scam.

Sizes run small

These shirts are not true to size at…
These shirts are not true to size at all and look nothing like the picture. The red color is not even the same red. Do not order. When I inquired about returning 2shirts they said the return fee would be quite high and offered me $4 to keep them. That is a joke.

Sizing was small. Usually take a large but ordered extra large and it just barely fits correctly. Don’t know what it’ll be like when I wash it.

You can’t talk to an actual person. I paid 70 for 3 t shirts on June 17th. One month later I still haven’t received. I’ve been telling them for weeks I’d rather have my money back and they just reply with a tracking number

Horrible company. Quality is awful. Some of the items ordered came in the wrong size, some still, after months, have not come. Customer service does respond to emails but will not reimburse my money. Keeps saying that to return wrong size items costs too much because warehouse is in China. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
