Hallo,
ich habe durchaus unterschiedliche Erfahrungen mit Kilts & More gemacht.
Positiv, dass sich alle bemüht haben und freundlich waren.
Die Logistik ist, möglicherweise einmal weil Weihnachten war, und in einem anderen Fall leider überfordert gewesen.
Ich habe vor 6 Wochen einen Chanter bestellt. Leider ist das Instrument nach 6 Wochen so stark verzogen, dass eine sichtbare Krümmung entstanden ist.
Auf eine Anfrage zu einer anderen Bestellung habe ich keine Antwort erhalten.
Deshalb leider doch einen Abzug von zwei Punkten.

J'ai commandé du haggis débit décembre. C'est un produit qui doit rester congelé. Même si la compagnie nous demande de prendre la responsabilité en cas de produit décongelé, ils ne prennent aucune précaution pour que la chaine du froid soit maintenue. Malgré une expédition rapide, en décembre, le haggis est donc arrivé décongelé. Aucun pack de glace ou autre moyen de maintien du froid! donc pas très étonnant. Pourtant des étiquettes auraient dû contraindre DHL à quelques précautions. Il y avait par ailleurs une erreur de commande (un produit en moins) mais là rien à dire le remboursement a été immédiat.

I’ve ordered a lot of piping gear over the years , always great service and very quick reply on mails and very wuick delivery to The Netherlands where I live . Had my most recent order ordered on Thursdayevening and it was dilivered at saturday. Keep up this great service !

Jsem zákazník z České republiky. Zboží jsem objednal v pondělí, ve čtvrtek toho týdne jsem ho obdržel. K&M je úžasný obchod s věcmi, které nejdou u nás sehnat. Zakoupil jsem digitální chanter Mark II., typ Small pipes/Great Highland Bagpipes - jistě, není to celý nástroj, ale má mnoho výhod pro cvičení. Zvuk výborný a hraní je návykové!!!

War ein sehr angenehmer, wenn auch nicht preiswerter Aufenthalt. Aber: einen Kilt kauft man sich ja nicht jedes Jahr.

I have ordered 3 of their in-stock wool kilts, a PV business utility kilt on clearance, an in-stock acrylic kilt, buckles, belts, sporran chain, and kilt hose. I am currently waiting on a special order wool kilt that Brice had to order the tartan for because it wasn't even on his website. Obviously the special order has taken a while, but everything in stock arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

Their wool kilts are so much cheaper than anywhere else you can get them and I've been absolutely thrilled with them. They might not be the same quality as if you were to spend $400 to $500 on a custom wool, kilt, but for the price, you can't beat them.

Also their customer service is amazing. If you have a question of a comment, Brice will get back to you within hours, sometimes even minutes. I have been so impressed with this company Unlikely to shop elsewhere.
