Couldn't recommend Kilgour Property more highly. This was our first property sale and Jay made us feel very at ease from start to finish. The photography, video and brochure were high quality. Communication was constant, both clear and helpful. The marketing resulted in a very high number of viewings and Jay kept us up to date throughout. Couldn't have been happier with the eventual sale and process throughout.

We previously used Kilgour Property to sell my mother’s house earlier this year and the service we received from Scott & Jay was first class.

This made the decision so much easier to choose them again when we moved ourselves.

The service we received was the best we could have asked for. From meeting Scott to discuss putting the house up for sale, it was on the market one week later.

It’s a worrying time selling a house and Scott was fantastic at reassuring us and giving us great advice. He was always on hand to answer questions and guide us through the process.

The brochure and video of our house was great quality and made the house look amazing this resulted us in selling our house in 5 days!
