The staff at Kiki Crystal are legit. They respond quickly to emails and are always willing to accommodate preferences that make sense (for example one type of crystal for another of the same value. I had asked for daggers in an order and requested moss agate instead of quartz and they happily obliged). I also had 2 orders at the same time with video requests and paid for both but since they could combine my order, they - on their own - refunded the second video cost. The crystals come packaged incredibly well and I've always received my packages in less than 10 days. I always order from here. Infact I'm waiting on an order right now lol
