I've ordered multiple times
I've ordered multiple times, and always received what I ordered. Customs is paid upon checkout, so there's no stress of extra taxes either when receiving the package. I've never needed to contact customer service, so I cannot say how the support is

Discrimination of Israeli costumers
They offer free shipping to almost everywhere but israel.
They say that geographically israel is far from china than USA and the rest of europe... Not only thats wrong, but thats a discrimination.

Odpowiedź od Kikagoods
Hello sir or madam,
Thank you for your kind reply!
I'm so sorry for the problem you've indicated. Israel hasn't been our "35 USD free shipping policy" area because not many transport aircraft to the region.
Actually, Hawaii is not in our "35USD shipping policy", though it's closer than US original territory.
I represent Kikagoods service team, to express our sincere apology to you.
Have a wonderful day! : )
