The order process was easyto follow and the delivery was fast. The items I bought for my grandson are colorful and I'm sure he's going to love them. However, they are not cotton, as advertised.

The worst quality products. Implying they are eco and well thought out toys definitely not CE certified. I requested the evidence and they couldn't provide any. They are drop shipping from China. Do not buy from this store.

False advertising, selling toys as montersori toys however they are actually cheap toys from aliexpress, sold at double the price & advertised as discounted( tracking shows that the item is indeed shipped from ali express) Footwear is the same. Returns policy states that customer has to cover the cost of return, return address is in poland so might aswell take the loss as would cost as much to send the items tracked to the returns address.

Scammer. Total scammer.

I purchased a capybara crochet set and the instruction was in a foreign language without anything English at all. When I talked to them they denied it was a problem at all. And their reason was "The idea behind this kit is for customers to enjoy the creative process and assemble the product on their own."

And so no instructions is needed and all I can do is to be creative. This is very low quality customer service.

It took a month talking to and from with them with unbelievably slow responses.

Placed an order with 3 items which which took 5 days for 2 of the items to arrive and still waiting for the 3rd however delivery was free. The same day the order with 2 items was delivered which included an abacus, the abacus broke (2 of the metal sticks holding the beads came out of sockets and these are sharpe as well so not ideal as a kids learning toy). I did note the item was rather flimsy on opening it but decided to give it a chance.

I emailed Kidzly & shared a photo of the dismantled item and asked for a refund to which I received a reply asking me to take more photos, a video and explain what the defect is. I replied that they should know the quality of products they chose to sell and I was thus not taking responsibility to explain any defects especially as clear from the photo and I took a few more photos as requested.

I demanded a refund and cancellation of the rest of my order which has still not arrived! I will update back here with their response and overall outcome.

Probably best to avoid as no CE mark which I did not check for initially.

Really poor quality.

Both items purchased broke in less than a day of playing with due to the poor quality of the items.

I would not use this service ever again.

Avoid - promise delivery within 5 business days. My parcel has been out for despatch with Yodel for 8 days, went to local yodel depot and they gave me a printout showing that they had never received it after Kidzly sent me an email saying they had, liars, scammers and a total con.
My bank now on the case as fraudulent activity.
DO NOT BUY read the reviews from all the countries they have so called offices in.

Ordered a toy and was told it was ready for despatch and I would receive within 2-3 business days. Heard nothing more, no despatch or tracking, and no replies to my email. The telephone number is unreachable. Now I have discovered they are a scam company.
