Also the AI slop art they use is disgusting
edit: They say i should use their system but it was not working when i attempted today. Also they have cancelled both of my outstanding orders instead of just the one i wanted doing so - and only refunded me for one of them!

We have implemented a self-service enquiry system in the account panel, and all genuine order enquiries received through the correct channel have been handled with no backlog today. Claiming we are “impossible to contact” is not accurate when the available support route has not been used properly. If you genuinely need help with your order, you should submit your request through your account.

I recently purchased the S.H.Figuarts Heero Yuy action figure from Kidultverse, and I couldn't be happier with both the product and the service.
The figure is fantastic—excellent build quality, great articulation, and incredible attention to detail. As a Mobile Suit Gundam Wing fan, it's a brilliant addition to my collection and looks even better in person.
The ordering process was quick and straightforward, the item was well packaged, and it arrived in perfect condition. Delivery was prompt, and the overall shopping experience was excellent.
I would definitely recommend Kidultverse to anyone looking for quality collectibles. I'll certainly be purchasing from them again in the future!This strikes a genuine, positive tone without sounding over the top.

Scammers - avoid
I placed a pre-order back in October and tried to cancel it. As is the common complaint, after trying all forms of contact, I couldn't get a hold of anyone. Absolutely 0 response.
When my pre-order arrived, I of course rejected the parcel and it was returned to sender.
I can see they've accepted the item from Royal Mail... so where is my £100 ?

Amazing site, terrible contactability
I want to start by saying I love this shop and plan to use them as my go to for all things gundam their range is superb, however I had an issue with an order that ended being returned to sender that I wanted to rectify but getting in contact with them is next to impossible. email, phone, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, even the chat feature on the website all went unanswered. If I was able to contact this review would be a 5 star

No customer support
I did not received this item because royalmail delivered it to a different address, and the sad part is no one from kidultverse customer support gives a fudge after emailing them. Good thing I didn't order expensive model kits, don't order from this store as no customer support.

Great service. ruined by 'AI' slop
Great service and product availability, ruined by use of awful 'AI' generated images on the home page, as well as a difficult and irritating image display interface on product pages, website was easy to use and as simple as an online shop needs to be until recently, now it's atrocious between the out of focus, auto scrolling product image galleries, and the horrendous slop images on the first page, it's getting unpleasant to check kidultverse for new gunpla releases.

Thank you for your advice. As mentioned on our homepage, the current website is a temporary transition from version 1.5 to version 2.0. Our website 2.0 will have a completely different design from the current one.
The carousel is part of our in-house design and has improved loading speed by at least 3x, as we currently have over 4000 products and need to maintain a balance between design, informative and performance. We have also kept shortcut buttons for our key categories to help you navigate to your favourites more quickly.
We hope everyone will respect our manager Jennie’s design, as she is not just a generated image. We have invested far more Japanese animation data and timing into her creation than would usually be expected for a standard design.

No item... No contact... Money taken. SCAM.
Order KV16851 was meant to be shipped in late January and it is now April. I have tried every way possible to get hold of someone to let me know what is going on and am being ignored at every turn.
I have placed multiple orders before and was a loyal customer but this experience has been such a nightmare I will never use them again... Ive requested a refund. Also ignored.
*** Update ***
So after seeing this review they decided to cancel my order. 13 days and still no sign of the refund pending and still not answering any phone calls or emails. Case opened with trading standards.
