Got an email saying the item had been shipped but 9 days later still hasn’t arrived
Did arrive a couple of days later but quality of item was very disappointing

Kidudu cosplays as a genuine Australian Montessori business. Their products can be found on TEMU for 1/4 the price. My sons toy came with Russian instructions, it feels cheap and definitely doesn’t match with the price.

I honestly think even 2 stars is generous.

I purchased items for my son’s birthday, and they took 3 weeks to arrive. The website gave the impression of being an Australian-quality retailer, but when the items arrived, the quality was very much like Shein or Temu except at a significantly higher price.

The packaging was also damaged and looked as though it had been thrown around during transit to Australia.

Overall, I was really disappointed with the experience and would not recommend this store. If I wanted Shein or Temu quality, I would have ordered directly from those sites and paid the price to match. I expected much better for what I paid.

They use the fancy .au webpage and email address, plus Australian contact number (which always goes to automated voicemail). to suck you in. Then they dropship cheap knock off items from China that you can get on Temu and Shein for much less.

Took them a whole week to even provide an Australia Post tracking number. The packaging was opened and damaged, and product inside was low quality and seemed to be a discarded product due to manufacturing defects.

The kicker is their returns policy which requires the defective item to be sent to an address in Poland at your own cost. This is the latest Australian iteration of their other scammy web business Kidzly, which has hundreds of terrible reviews worldwide on Trustpilot.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and still haven't received a tracking number when it should be sent within 2-3days.

Sent several emails that I have not had a response from.

Definitely a scam. Bought an item, money taken and never shipped, no tracking. They sent a confirmation with my correct address but in another state and made believe it was my mistake and that the item had been shipped. After asking tracking number the responded they have a delay with the orders and no tracking number yet.

After I purchased an item from this website, it did not give me any order numbers, tracking details, confirmation or receipt. But the money is already taken!Emailed and called several times with no reply. Then they keeps on spaming your inbox with so-code promotional discount codes. Starting to think this is a scam website, will be filing a report with the financial intermediatry for the payment made.
