Awful product, utter waste of money.
You need a SIM card to make it work which is a minimum of £6 monthly which I'm not paying for an 8 year old... The reviews on the actual site are clearly fake.

The positive comments on their website seem to be generated by AI. I have the same problem — I returned the item but never received my refund. I’ve sent emails, but there’s only silence. On top of that, the quality of the watch is even worse than Shein

Probably the worst company i have ever dealt with. Bought a smart watch for my son (he picked it and used his birthday money) the battery only lasted about 4 hours from full charge. location on the tracker was miles off. Have emailed numerous times to return, finally got a response stating address to return it to. 3 weeks later still awaiting a refund and not responding to my emails. Terrible product and service (my son is devastated he lost his money) Ive replaced this for him but what a terrible company to do this to children! If you're going to be fraudulent at least aim your market towards adults not children!!

The watch not doing what advertised... You will never get a refund... They'll only answer with emails and almost never related to your queries... I do not recommend unless you want to lose money.

Bought this for our young son, primarily so he go go out and play and we would be able to track/contact him.
Make no mistake - this is an Entry Level Smartwatch and if you want an all singing all dancing, accurate tracking watch then look further up the market.
The "Next Day" delivery doesn't happen, think it was 5 days for us. the company doesn't have a HQ under it's own name and no phone number on website - need to contact Quattro.com (same company btw) to speak to someone.
The tracking isn't totally accurate - but Ive not found a watch that IS. Certian things can affect GPS Signals particularly indoors - and the instructions that you receive (having already bought this) say in Capitals THE GPS WILL NOT BE ETIRELY ACCURATE.
Yes we call/message the watch but not the best quality. Need t obuy a more expensive watch me thinks

I also had a bad experience with kids smartwatch. Returned because my granddaughter didn’t like it. They don’t allow the usual 14 day return policy or provide return labels so you have to cover the cost and then refuse to give a full refund because they say there are smudges on the screen. Very poor customer service. Will not use this site again

Just bought this for my son and it seems cheap, rubbish. I can’t sync it to my phone, in order to use it! Limited information to help you solve issues!

I wish I had come to trust pilot before purchasing from this company. They are selling defective cheap quality watches for children. Trading standards should shut them down! Their customer attitude is rude and aggressive.

Worst product and company to do deal with. Watch faulty and had to pay to top up sim and then send proof of this. So wasted another £10 doing this on top of watch costs which never worked. Had to send back at my own cost. In the end they agreed to refund half but I just wanted some money back as I had lost £42 at this point and felt better than nothing and response from bank was slow. They are a scam company and will no doubt resell the faulty watch. Stay clear.

If I could give this product negative stars, I would. What an absolute piece of junk. Location was always miles off (had my son located as being in the middle of a housing estate about 4 miles away from his school when I knew he was in school), battery life of less than a day, broken strap within 2 months of buying, app worse than useless. DO NOT BUY THIS.

They are con. I returned the product where they asked me and they claim they did not receive it, they can not refund the money, thieves!!!!

As per the other reviews here this is a scam product and I will be reporting them to my bank. Scamming parents into buying cheap products for their children is despicable. Customer service is basically none existent, no phone number to call to follow up the numerous emails I have sent. Setup failed and I am still waiting for a reset having first made contact in December. This is supposed to be a product to protect children by knowing their location, the only location this watch will track is the bottom of the bin.

Please contact your bank or credit card company and contact action fraud. Call the police. We need to take this down together. We need to bring the website down

Lets get them banned. I keep getting phone calls from upset customers that they are using my details online to scam the innocent. My personal phone number is tied to there payment method

COMPLETELY BREACHES CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT

So it appears I was one of the lucky ones as several days after messaging them through their website I get a reply. Asking for all the information I have already given them. I replied with this. I then get another email a week later asking for a video of the problem! Why should I need to do this? I have told them what the issues are. I have now been told they won’t help me and they are closing my complaint unless they have proof there is an issue with the watch. So I have now sent a video but honesty! I have never dealt with a slower more unhelpful company or bought such a useless product.

I wished I read Truspilot reviews before buying this piece of junk for my daughter. Reviews on their website shows 5stars and that means that they are all fabricated. I'm now trying to contact the seller for a refund.
