Ordered 2 bedding sets for my granddaughter room said was in stock same day sent email saying out of stock awaiting on stock, money was taken from bank. These items were ordered in November and still nothing. I’ve requested a refund and a week later haven’t had any reply, never order from this company appalling.

Although there was a fault with the product (not the kidsroom fault) and I had to return and have a new one sent out. Melanie went our of her way to help me as much as she could. Amazing service and great communication

Ich war zunächst skeptisch, da der Artikel hier wirklich viel viel günstiger war, als er es regulär ist (12,00 EUR statt 70,00 EUR) . Ich hab dann zugeschlagen weil das Angebot einfach zu gut war und habe eigentlich nicht mal damit gerechnet, das der Artikel wirklich bei uns ankommt aber siehe da .. schneller Versand, reibungslose Abwicklung und der Artikel ist wie beschrieben und erwartet. Ich freu mich über mein mega Schnapp und kann den Onlineshop guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen 😊👍🏼

I have had issues with international purchases of late but the package arrived on time as scheduled. The suitcase is sturdy and well made especially as it’s a ride-on, this was the most important factor.

Rücksendung auf eigenen Kosten. Ziemlich teuer im Fall von grossen Artikeln wie Kinderwagen. Andere Konkurrenten haben das nicht, vor allem bei schon Teueren Kinderwagen, wo die Marke auch dort zum ähnlichen Preis zu finden ist.
Somit für mich nicht empfehlenswert und defintiv auch die letzte Bestellung.

Product price was great. But shipping a little expensive and came in additional packaging, with box almost triple in size of original box. Anyway giving 5 stars as it was still chip for a brand new product.

I paid for door to door delivery but then received an email saying parcel could not be delivered to home address on first attempt and would be sent to nearest postal branch. So I went to postal branch but they did not receive the parcel and said it could not be delivered to our home address due to oversize. So I had to drive all the way to the airport to pick it up myself. I ordered a similar product a couple of years ago and delivery to my home address was no problem. So I am quite disappointed having paid over 70 Euros for shipping and then had to pay extra in gas/ time to pick it up myself at the airport
