My grandma ordered a swing set from this company and I went to return it because it’s not what we ordered, they told me I have to pay for it to be returned being from Minnesota and ordering this product that supposedly came from Texas the shipping cost is steep they offered to send parts do to the parts being damaged upon delivery because the guy dropped it off the back of the box truck then told me that he didn’t need to put it in my garage because of policy it was snowing the day he dropped off so I had to hand load it into my garage onto another pallet, As I was loading it into my garage I noticed no hardware, missing pilot holes, partial pilot holes that hadn’t fully been piloted out to assemble tube slide. I called the kids craft contact waited on hold for 2 hours to find out the system was down then emailed no response then eventually got ahold of someone that said they were willing to help gave me the contact number to the trucking company for return I set up a pick up date to have the item picked up they came to pick it up guy put it in the back of his truck then sat there for a few minutes come to find out kidkraft never actually paid the trucking company to ship it away after all truck driver was really nice he explain to me they have had this happen with this company before. I have been trying for 3 weeks to return this item they are consistently unprofessional beware if you purchase a item this swing set company does not care about you they took me for my money, then tried for more.

Big shout out to Neil Forbes and everyone at the KidKraft Consumer Care, Europe, who pulled out all the stops and replaced one of the pieces from their Let’s Cook Wooden Play Kitchen (a telephone) that had got mislaid.
In the big scheme of things, it wasn’t a huge deal, but this orange telephone was a vital component in the mind of a three-year old. I emailed KidKraft. Got an instant reply from Neil, saying he’d sort it out. True to his word, the piece arrived from Netherlands within 2 weeks.
Sometimes we’re quick to write bad reviews, and slow to praise good customer service, so huge thanks to Neil for helping make a young girl very happy. It's little things like this that makes companies great and ensure repeat orders. You’ve got a lifetime customer here.

Payer presque 200€ pour ne pas recevoir l'intégralité du produit et en plus de ça il veulent qu'on achète les parties manquantes alors que l'erreur vient de leur part??? Lamentable!!!

Absolute nightmare
Absolute nightmare. Tons of missing parts. It would take six hours to sit down, go through the full instructions and inventory exactly what all is missing. And the client is paying me $25 an hour to assemble it. So this is either free time from me, or expensive for the client, not to mention multiple trips to Lowe’s and the parts themselves. All based on Kidscraft not doing proper quality control before they shipped this to us.
Kidcraft DOES NOT want an honest review!
I ordered a set of pots and pans for my granddaughters play kitchen. The set was fine but only came in the outer box which was in terrible condition, not fit for wrapping. The company asked for my review but when I gave it they refused to allow it. My honest review:
“Nice set but…..
Cute pots and pans but disappointed with the box. I can’t wrap the beat up, dirty outer box for a gift and there’s no inner box.”

Extremely Disappointed!
I am expecting my grandchildren to visit for the very first time from 3,000 miles away. I anxiously and excitedly researched almost every single playhouse on the market, and chose to purchase your Forestview II Playhouse. The size advertised said 66 × 50 x 69. Upon setting it up today, we were shocked to discover the actual size to be 44 x 49.5 x (we didn't even continue assembling to find our the actual height).
I am beyond disappointed and extremely sad that this was falsely advertised. Now, my grandchildren will arrive and I won't be able to see their excitement and joy I was anticipating when they would see their beautiful playhouse. I will not be able to order, purchase and assemble an appropriate one before they arrive on November 16th.
I'm so very disappointed.
They regret to inform you
They regret to inform you, at any point in the buying process (and I talked to multiple people on the phone setting up delivery) that when they deliver they won’t release it to you unless it’s in your house or garage. Well I have no space for it in my garage. A massive inconvenience to have a huge playground with sharp edges inside your house with small children. They couldn’t put in in the backyard or under my covered porch. I’ll never order from this company again and will warn others against it as well.
Purchased the Cozy Play house
Purchased the Cozy Play house. When signing up there was a 15% for new customers however they told me it’s not available for this product. After making the purchase after five days they reduce the cost by £300. I noticed this when I was going to make further purchases from their website. When I asked them refund the difference they refused. Bad management, lost customer, and have told three of my friends who are going to make purchases to avoid which they have.

Purchased the climbing frame and swing set all the fixing are missing, not a problem these thing happen so called customer services in the Netherlands! No answer went to voice mail that was full us unable to leave a message or speak to anyone. So not bad customer service, NO customer service!
TOO much trouble shop elsewhere
Website is very finicky, I tried for 2 weeks different browsers, different computers and it still will not let me place an order.
I even called to place an order online and KIDCRAFT only lets you buy products online, I've complained to them multiple times and just have no choice but leave a bad review. Maybe the product is out and the website can process for this reason, but Paypal nor credit card works when trying to place an order. BUYER beware
We both a play house for the backyard
We both a play house for the backyard. We missed 7 pieces. I called to the 24/7 service but they never answer the phone. So I sent an email and they replied a month later saying send us the receipt, play house model and missing parts. I did but it has been almost 2 months since then and they never sent anything. I bought the playhouse from Costco so please be aware that they are selling incomplete products. I will let Costco know about this.

Zero customer service
Zero customer service. I would not use this service if you value your money.
My order was shipped to the billing address instead of the recipient. When I called to ask what to do, they suggested I reject the shipment and it would be forwarded to the correct address. Two weeks later it still showed in route. So I asked to cancel the order and refund my money. It took three more weeks for the package to arrive at their receivIng dept . And another six weeks to get a refund: with many excuses why shilling hasn’t issued the refund.
All in all, it was nearly three months I was out the $100. I understand the need to ensure the package arrive back in inventory, but it took way to long to receive my credit with many follow up emails.
Don’t believe my story, go search the BBB.org. This company has repeated problems of giving resist and providing no customer service.
