i am rellay disappointed.

Better to save your money and make your order directly from Amazon. Cause it seems like they doings it themselves but double the price.

Slow delivery, emails without response.

I purchased baby equipment. Got a package from China with something completely different from what I ordered. Took me ages till I got a response. Terrible service. Never received My order nor got my money back. Stay away and purchase from AliExpress yourself

כשהזמנתי לא הופיעו דמי משלוח בקופה וכשהמשלוח הגיע פתאום גבו ממני 30₪משלוח שבעצם הפכו את כל הקניה להרבה יותר יקרה. הזמנתי את הדברים דרככם כי זה היה יותר זול אבל אם הייתי יודעת שהמשלוח מייקר את זה בצורה כל כך משמעותית לא הייתי עושה את זה.

אין עם מי לדבר, אין מענה במיילים לא משנה באיזה שפה אני פונה. המשלוח התעכב מעל לשלושה שבועות בלי שום הסבר, מענה או התנצלות, ולבסוף במקום לקבל אותו עם שליח הביתה קיבלתי אותו לנקודת דואר בקצה העיר!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! חוצפה שכזאת עוד לא ראיתי!!!!!!! הוספתי במיוחד לקניה מוצר שאין לי בו צורך כדי להגיע לסכום שמזכה בשליח חינם ולבסוף לא הגיע אלי הביתה?! איפה נשמע כזה דבר
אם יש לכם מקום אחר לקנות בו- אל תקנו פה. חבל על מפח הנפש.

I only received half of my order. I received one item very fast within 2 days but the second item has still not arrived and it's been a month!!

Placed an order 15 days ago and picked it up today. Disgusting service, not only do they order directly through Aliexpress, where i could easily order the same thing himself. So they also brought me not only one product name out of 3. I have no idea where the rest of the product is. Support has not responded so far. Under no circumstances order from this site.
