Bought one of these heaters a while back for my lounge, very happy with it so have now bought one for my bedroom too. Reasonably priced, cheap to run, fast hassle free delivery

Excellent Heating - Fabulous Service
So first things first - do the panels work ? Yes - if you use them correctly. I'm now heating the space I wanted for about a third of the cost I was previously spending, and am achieving a consistent level of heat (around 18 centigrade) +/- one degree, 24 hours a day... (it's a shed-room studio) - I can basically go in at any point and be warm enough, without any booster heating. I've now bought several more for other locations...
And then there's the service - Ava goes the extra mile, and is polite, helpful and generous - thinking ahead rather than just reacting. I couldn't be happier with the product or the company, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Just do your homework ... these panels are not convector heaters or oil radiators - they work in a particular way - and they work really well!

excellent heater, good price superlative support
excellent product at a good price. but superlative post purchase support. just moved the panels to a new house, had a question and they got back in 2 hours confirming its ok to install facing a shower screen.

Fantastic Customer Service
We ordered a 600W smart infrared picture panel for our conservatory as I read that that was the best way to heat one. The panel arrived quickly and well packaged. After installing, it looks just like a proper framed picture and the heating really is very effective. I contacted their customer services with some queries and Ava was fantastic in answering my questions.

Great heater for our living room
I visited Kiasa when looking for a far infrared heater for a cold living room in our house. I found this 600w panel in their sale and ordered it. The delivery was super-quick and the panel did not disappoint. We also have an extended warranty with it. It sits in front of our fireplace and keeps us warm while we watch telly in the evening. Great product and very impressed with the company in general.
Very professional service, great communication and super-fast delivery. The heater I purchased, 960w far ir heater came well packaged and was far easier to install, as well as being lighter, than other panels I have installed in the past. On initial testing the panel performed as expected and, being nano crystalline, I expect it to last for many years but I can't wait that long before posting a review! So far so good and would definitely recommend this company for their service and will be dealing again with you soon.

Good customer communication
Good customer communication. They upgraded my infra red heater to a bigger size when the one I ordered wasn’t available for no extra charge. They were also helpful when I had a question about setting up the remote control. The infra red heater is the basic one and works well. Looks quite plain but warms up quickly and is useful as we can move it about on its wheels.

Superb experience!!
Having ordered an 1800w or heater bar I received very fast. Unfortunately the unit was faulty. I immediately emailed Kiasa, spoke to the lovely Ava, explained the issue and was offered a refund or replacement.
I took the replacement, free return for faulty unit.
The new unit was perfect, worked flawlessly and connected to my smart home eco system without any issues.
The heat output from the unit was amazing and transformed the room. The controls via the remote or the Tuya app are very intuitive.
For those wondering does integrate nicely with Home Assistant, using the Tuya local integration.
Great company pleasure to deal with.
