Great long lasting colours
Great long lasting colours, easy to use. The only thing I’d say about the dipping powder range, is the top coat has a tendency to dry up very quickly.

Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service. Such a shame for an overrated brand. My brushes kept failing and I was blamed for not using them right. I asked for instructions since they believed it was my fault and I was kept in the dark. Disappointed. I think these nail influencers flaunting their brand are being compensated somehow.

Love the product BUT....
Love the quality of the products since I've starting my dipping journey. The only flaw I have is the purchase is of shade ONLY NATURAL...rather than a sheer natural colour shown on the swatch, it actually comes out as an opaque light pink...nothing like the swatch shown online. Now, I'm not sure if this is because I put a layer of NATURAL (as recommened) as a base layer which has inturn changed ONLY NATURAL properties thus changing the colour from sheer to opaque. It would be good to get some feedback on how best to use the sheer shades (ie. No need to use a layer of NATURAL) but it was quite disappointing to not achieve the desired look as shown online. All other products are lovely and great quality!

Lamp still caused painful heat spikes…
Lamp still caused painful heat spikes using builder gel despite using low heat setting.
Is quite large and takes up a lot of room aswell. Ended up returning. Not worth the price.

Everything arrived promptly, colors were a fun surprise
Everything arrived promptly, accurate items and in good shape. A consistent issue is that gel bottle colors aren't the truest match to site swatches but also often don't look like nail vloggers swatch tests of laquer or gel for that same shade either. So the gel polish "Cheeky" which I thought would be quite pink based on KS website swatch and YT video swatching videos show more of a light brown color. I have no solution for this except to try polishes myself. They're always good quality but the color will be a mystery until I get it uncapped. Nice colors tho!
