Stephen is unquestionably the best property manager we have. He has been available 24/7 and helped in times of crisis. He goes over and beyond and the quality of his work is excellent. Costs are reasonable and would have no hesitation in recommending.

I have used Khakibos for two office moves as well as various works for both my director’s house and the office, and I have always received outstanding service.
