The Microsoft office key was valid
The key was valid, it worked from the first time online activation. Support was helpful on WhatsApp, even they were little bit slow in their response not 24/7.

The experience was OK
The experience was OK. Unfortunately, the activation over the internet did not work and you had to use phone activation. It's quite annoying. But in the end I still got everything working.
