Roadside Tech
Despite trying to get Roadside Tech in place for for 2 years at my previous organisation with little or no interest from Keyloop I tried again 2 months ago with the dealer group I have just joined. Yet again despite reaching out to keyloop directors, completing seversl contact forms little or no interest from keyloop.
It seems that keyloop staff are too busy travelling up and down the UK and into Europe attending events and awards events that they cannot respond to genuine requests for their products.
Only yesterday I reached out on a Keyloop Book webinar and still no response.
Shocking support.
Hopefully this review might spark a response!!

Ved dælme ikke hvad det er for et firma. Kundeservice / support er ikke eksisterende. Med mindre du har virkelig og jeg mener virkelig god tid. Stakkels de medarbejdere som knokler r.... ud af bukserne og alligevel er der mange kunder som er utilfredse. Måske Keyloop har skilt sig af med for mange medarbejdere. For kundeservice/support er virkelig ringe nu. Kan bare nævne ventetiden når du ringer til dem...

Aftersales support is non-existing. They can't be reached by phone, unless you want to spend hours listening to a waiting tune.
We logged an issue 5 months ago and it is still not resolved.

Cybercriminals legalised! Watch out!
Be aware of this sort of organisation. Their softwares are plenty of bugs and technical glitches. An engineer I know found that KeyLoop softwares contain a sophisticated Spyware which will literally steal you data and resale them to competitors! That’s how they make money! Moreover a few engineers that went to work for them ran away after only 3 months. Company cinture is devastating and they used to steal your interview data as well to used them internally. Watch out! especially if a chap called Matthew Cheyne will contact you. KeyLoop gang are Absolute cowboys
