I sent emails, messages through messenger and still nobody has responded.
I need to return 2 shirts as they are too small and the zipper is stuck on one of them. Cheap garbage product with no way to get your money back.

The clothes are cheap. I have sent 3 separate emails asking for a return because they “offer free returns” and nothing. The pants are so light you can see the pockets through the outside of the pant leg.
Like everyone else here says, stay away!

I ordered 2 shirts of the same size. Not only did they arrive unlabeled, they were different sizes. 1 was tight, and the other was too big! After 3 emails for a return address lable per their website, no response! NO NOT use this company!!

Awful, awful product and company. Completel scam. Product arrived and is nothing like advertised. Have emailed for 6 weeks to get a refund but zero response every. Do not buy!
Absolute garbage product. Nothing like the ad in TIC TOC. The shirts are a shiny cheap material and the collars are big and floppy - nothing like what was represented. 5 emails to them with no response and it ships from China. Would not wear these if they paid me. Lesson learned and out $50. COMPLETE SCAM

Wrinkle free shirt came with permanent wrinkles. Collars bent. Ordered 2 of the same shirt but different sizes and material totally different. Cheap, cheap, will never wear. The XXL was really a medium.
Go on their website and read their return policy. Very sketchy. They sent me a return address, somewhere in China, you have to pay for the return and then they decide if they will refund your money or not.
TOTAL SCAM. THEY ARE STEALING COMPANY’s Ad and playing them off as their own. They items will not match what you ordered. You’re dumb for buying anything from this Chinese company.
Total scam. Poor quality, they cut labels off so cant tell the orginal make. But the wash label was in Chinese . So paid £20 for a £5 tshirt

Not at all what was advertised. Horrible material, bad fit, collars are not stiff (their main selling point.) Horrible all around. Stay clear of this brand and this product and whatever you do, DO NOT impulse buy from TikTok ads.
Nasty - Nasty - Nasty. Product supplied looks and feels nothing like advertised. Made of shiny cheap thin nylon i think. Collar not as described. Bad fit. Would not wear this EVER. No returns in reality. Was advertised on TikTok where they do not allow comments. Should have known better!!
