Difficult to stop shipments. When inquired about returning was told they are unable to accept returns because their warehouse is under construction. Took three months to finally get shipments stopped. At $39.95 an order it has been an expensive product that is housed in a very small package. Contacting BBB

This company selling shampoos shows a photo that looks as if you're purchasing a regular size bottle of shampoo for $39 and then it arrives at a very very small travel size. In addition to that you will see reviews that say although you were only ordered it once it continues to arrive month after month with a very very difficult to cancel "subscription". I view this whole thing as a scam and have had nothing but trouble trying to cancel my fake "subscription"

I did not authorize a subscription. I have tried to contact this company and get no response. They keep sending me the product. Also, when ordering the pictures show a full sized bottle. They send 3 travel size bottles instead. This company has been very misleading. My suggestion is don’t get involved with them.

Scammers! I thought this was a nice family company that would help with natural ingredients. I ordered the trial shampoo and conditioner. Then they decided to put me in a subscription £30 which I didn’t agree with apparently this is the discounted price as products total £46! Shampoo doesn’t do a thing not even sud and I have very loose curly / straight hair let alone those RedKen prices!

I emailed them, I was answered the following day to tell me to open an account and do it myself, by following the instructions. I was so annoyed. Usually, an email would suffice. Anyway, I opened an account (unwillingly) logged in and there wasn’t an opportunity to cancel the subscription. It provided the same email address to contact them that I had already emailed (hello@kerarose ) so they just don’t want to issue the refund. Plus if you send the product back (they have to agree) so you have to email them to get the return details. Ultimately, they can keep sending and taking your money!!! Again STAY CLEAR!!! There’s so many nice products online. If you buy do it on Amazon as they can fight your battles but the product isn’t worth it.

I don't even want to give them 1 star, they are scammers, they have taken money from my account for the worst what they call thickening shampoo.

I placed one order and on my bank account I was charged multiple times I am so disappointed and dissatisfied this is going to make my bank account overdrawn and I have no way of getting a hold of anyone at Kerarose company to discuss this matter please call me at (949) 562-3668

The product is completely different in size to what is advertised. There are no results. Besides they do not reply any of your emails. Forget the refund they continue to charge your card. Already been charged twice on my card. I have instructed my bank to stop all payments to this organisation

I bought the product and it comes a little bottle, not as advertised, then they add you, without your permission to their monthly recurring list and they charge you monthly. They also have no phone to contact them at. BEWARE!
