I can't thank Sunil enough for turning my defence into a respectable and acceptable outcome after I was previously given dreadful advice from a local, supposedly 'specialist driving Solicitor'.

Sunil explained my circumstances in fine and clear detail, showing that the situation was completely different to the one I had been previously told, if I had continued with the Solicitors the outcome would have been considerably different, certainly resulting in a lengthy ban and hefty fine.

I now realise that the Solicitors are the GP’s of the legal world, Sunil is a Barrister, as such he is the Heart Surgeon, a specialist in his field and I cannot recommend him highly enough, his support, knowledge and communications were beyond professional.

Prior to the court he explained everything in minute detail and how we would approach the day. The day in Court was executed with calmness and professionalism, the outcome was exceptional for me.

You get what you pay for, Sunil charges a reasonable amount considering his knowledge and abilities.

It is clear that Sunil has vast experience and knowledge to give the best advice possible to which I am so glad, he guided me through the whole process with a great success.

Sunil really is a life saver I was caught on the A2 doing 96mph road is 70 I already had 6 points on my license for traffic offences so it wasn’t looking good in my favour what so ever.. he really help me at court the way he spoke to the judges and put my case forward if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have my job I would 100% recommend him he really put him self out there calling me and emailing me on a Sunday! Kept me informed with information and how he could help me reassured me on the day.

We contacted Kent Traffic Law out of concern for a member of our family. Our decision to do so was based on years of working in the law and in the Court Service and our knowledge of barristers, solicitors and Court procedure. We were really pleased with the outcome of the case. Sunil was always contactable whenever I had any follow up questions or queries about my case. Throughout the months and weeks leading to my court case Mr Rupasinha kept in contact and informed me of anything I needed to know. Right from the moment of hiring Mr Rupasinha I always felt comfortable that my case was in the best possible hands. Even despite the ongoing Covid 19 crisis Sunil still managed to book rooms so that we were able to carry on our consultations on a face to face basis and he always responded to my calls and emails. I went into the court hearing fully expecting to lose my licence and instead was able to settle the case with points on my licence and left the court room still able to carry on driving, which meant I could carry on working and providing for my young daughter. Without Mr Sunil Rupasinha’s efforts and hard work I honestly don’t think this would of been the outcome. My only regret is going into the police station for a voluntary interview without contacting Mr Rupasinha to represent me. I wish I had hired him before doing this. It taught that when looking for legal representation, the earlier you seek it the better for your chances are of a more favourable outcome.

To summarise I cannot recommend Barrister Sunil Rupasinha enough. In my opinion you will not be able to find a more professional, committed and knowledgeable barrister to represent you in matters regarding motoring offences and traffic law. Thank you again Sunil, I am eternally grateful.

As a driver whose livelihood depend on my licence, I was convicted of a motoring offence and given six penalty points, jeopardising my career. "Sunil worked his magic again", Was the quote that I received from my elated son after his recent court appearance for what could have been a very different outcome,
Sunil had previously represented my son on a very serious motoring offence some years before, At that time he showed he is a very skilled Barrister, shining in the court and not prepared to give in on a point that was of great importance. The outcome was that my son kept his driving privileges.
Unfortunately my son (who is in full knowledge and acceptance of this review) found himself requiring the services of a motoring defence specialist once again. In our mind there was no other professional to call than Sunil Rupashina, of Kent Traffic Law, who once again showed his genuine expertise that only a Barrister such as he can. The advice was clear and considered. The case itself was very serious and could carry a custodial sentence, along with extended disqualification. This offence was not necessarily the fault of my son but more a case of unfortunate acquaintances, Briefly allowing someone else to drive his car who crashed and ran off leaving my son to take the blame. My son refused a breath test at the scene and was subsequently charged accordingly. The driver would not come forward to own up. The case was adjourned due to covid restrictions during which time Sunil’s expertise was clear with professional advice and suggestions.
The eventual outcome was that my son walked from the court with a minimum fine and some points added to his licence. Quoting with great relief the catch line above to me.

employed Sunil to represent me when I was facing a driving ban for a TT99 (totting up). From my first contact with Sunil he was full of knowledge. If you employe Sunil you will only deal directly with him from start to finish I found this brilliant and he was always contactable. I was ment to receive a 180 day mandatory driving ban, Sunil managed to get this down to a 10 day ban and a small fine which actually allowed me to keep my career. Only yesterday Sunil represented somebody extremely close to me for drink-driving she was 2 mg of breath away from being in category three with sunils hard work she walked away with a lenient category one punishment. I hope I never have to enter a court again but if I do I won’t be doing it without Sunil.

Where do I start? Sunil was recommended to me by a friend who had used him before for a different offence and what a great recommendation it was! I had been arrested for drink driving and my reading well over double the limit. I contacted Sunil who then arranged a two hour phone consultation (due to COVID). I found him very thorough. Afterwards I reflected on our conversation and I felt Sunil really wanted to help me and get the best result I possibly could. He was straightforward and frank about the range of sentencing options the court would have whilst at the same time explaining to me how best to maximise my chances of obtaining a lenient sentence. I walked out of court with a 12month ban (which will be reduced to 9 months after I’ve completed the drink driving course) and only a £239 fine! I cannot put into words how truly grateful I am and always will be to Sunil because this could not have been a better outcome for me and I will always without any hesitation recommend him to anyone who gets arrested for any driving offence.

Excellent result from Sunil - made no false promises took the lead at court and told them the way it was - however his approach was very professional and id have no hesitation to recommending him to friends and colleagues , very responsive came back to me the same day of enquiry agreed fees and of he went preparing the defence - although i got banned his summary enabled me to be at the bottom end of the mandatory scale and with a few mitigating circumstances the judge allowed me to take a course to knock 25% of my ban
