Bought a guitar online from Aberdeen store after a wee scouting mission to their store,staff were very friendly and helpful,online service was great as well,will be back in the future.

I have recently discovered Kenny's Music and I am so happy that I have ; they offer new instruments at incredibly low discounted prices. My recent order was impeccably managed by Ross. I would highly recommend buying from Kenny's Music.

A cable we purchased, for reasons only know to itself, decided to muck about and not provide what we needed! On contacting Kenny's Music by email, I was responded to almost before I hit the 'send' button, by Ross, who quickly sorted the issue to my complete satisfaction, sending a replacement cable. Ross had even noticed I had not claimed the 'freebie' on my original order, and told me he would be including that too. Ross emailed again to say when the items had been dispatched and both items were received quickly. Cannot fault the customer service! Thanks Ross!

I had a query regarding a Footswitch for a Blackstar amp I purchased online.

I firstly spoke to a very friendly chap on the phone who took my name and number, investigated the issue and actually called me back to advise.

I secondly had an email exchange with Ross who went out of his way to contact Blackstar directly. Great customer service.

Customer service was shocking inside Dunfermline store member of staff chatting with a customer who sounded like his mate for ages. Would not come of the phone even when I approached till so got bored and left.
The place inside was like a tip, really really messy like they were closing down just like their Dundee premises. I would avoid.

Guitar was delivered in perfect condition thanks to being well packed.
Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately I experienced an issue with a product (which was not in any way the fault of Kenny's Music) and the assistance received was fantastic. A big thanks goes to Ross for taking the time to sort the problem out as best he could.

Bottom line: excellent customer service and I will have no hesitation in using Kenny's Music again in the future.

I've been eyeing the Casio Privia PX-S1000 for a while now so I was delighted to find Kenny's Music doing a flash sale on some discounted stock! The product was easy to purchase, with free shipping from their stores in Scotland to my home in England. Although my order required some adjusting, Ross was super helpful in helping me reach a solution perfect for me, and saving me from a mistaken double-purchase. My refund was processed really easily! All in all, I'm really looking forward to using my piano, and I'm glad I purchased it from Kenny's!
