A lovely company to learn with while working through an apprenticeship! I have been in my apprenticeship for over a year and my assessment is tomorrow. I thought i would write a review to thank my trainer Andrea and say how supportive she was throughout the entirety of the course. She was very patient and explained all work the best as possible, i definitely recommend keits to anyone.
Not hugely impressed, said they do not feedback on unsuccessful applications.
It is a matter of courtesy to do so, and this process is easily automated.

Hello Sarah, We are sorry that you are not happy. As discussed by one of the KEITS team on the phone today the vacancy that your Son was applying to is due to close today (16.4.24). The employer is currently in the process of shortlisting and arranging interviews this week after the closing date. We are unable to tell you at this stage if your son has been successful in being offered an interview. The employer will be in contact with any candidates who they are offering interviews to asap, hopefully your son will be offered an interview.
We process on average 500 applications a month for the employers we support and it is their personal decision to respond to every applicant if not successful. Due to the popularity of our apprenticeships some employers can receive up to and over 100 applications for just one vacancy, so they may not be able to get back to every candidate who applies.
KEITS can and do offer detailed advice to any candidates who have unfortunately not been successful if requested, and we pride ourselves on supporting those candidates to make the necessary improvements to give them the best possible chance to be successful in their next application. Please do get your son to contact recruit@keits.co.uk if he would like some support if he does not hear back from this current application.
