Received a text on Wednesday saying delivering to the Sunshine Coast on Friday- get your beers for the long weekend- great I'll buy 2 x 20ltr kegs - $540 - got a call on Wednesday after placing order and paying, saying no heads of noosa black in stock , we can deliver the other20ltr keg though- ok but wouldn't of ordered the black if I'd known, just send it when you get stock in. Received another call on Thursday at 7.20 pm saying we've made a mistake we aren't delivering to S/C message was for Gold Coast customers- a little upset- ok I'll just get a refund please- no we can't do refunds- but you promised a service that you can't deliver on - i can give you a credit for your next order- really??? This is not the first time this company has had my money and not delivered as per order- sent a 20ltr keg when I'd paid for a 50ltr keg - their solution was to send me another 20ltr keg with no additional charge- me not happy ,where's my other 10ltrs ?? - have ordered other times without any issues probably spent around 10,000 with them but this last issue is it - i won't be buying any other products from them as it's always i can't do anything about the issues- this is my first ever review of anything I just feel let down by the customer service with Kegs Off Tap - i would strongly recommend giving this company a miss ,i know i will be
