Michelle’s classes are excellent and lots of fun. I used to go to her classes when she 1st started in 2004. Had a break.Back doing Legs bums and tums now and love it. A real great atmosphere

I found Michelle about 18 months ago when I was looking to get a bit fitter before my hip operation. Fast forward to now and I’ve had my op and am back at classes. I absolutely love them! Michelle is a combination of torturer and motivator…… but above all she’s all about getting you fit while having fun at the same time. And I’ve met a great group of regulars who I love meeting up with. If you are looking for a no pressure, fun filled way to keep fit try out her classes. Thanks Michelle…… keep the fun coming and the torture to a minimum 😂😂

I started doing Michelle’s fitness Pilates class many years ago as I was told by doctor it would help with my sciatica and it certainly did so now I do pretty much all classes on her timetable.Michelle puts a lot of effort in to making classes fun and exciting with great music too.ive made some lovely friends aswell as everyone is so friendly and welcoming

When I joined Michelle’s group I hadn’t done any of this type of e exercise for at least ten years. Michelle was totally supportive and very welcoming to the group.
The other members are really good supportive friends now.
The choice of music helps inspire me to do the best I can as does Michelle herself.
The groups are well organised with all equipment available and Michelle allows for different levels of fitness without anyone feeling left behind in the group.
All in all it’s a fantastic way to keep fit and enjoy yourself with brilliant music and actually inspiring leader. Thank you Michelle so much for making my life that much better.

My wife and I have been going to classes for over 2 years. It has made a significant difference to my balance, blood pressure and mental health. We both do 4 or 5 classes a week - including pilates, keep fit for the over 50's, body blitz and kettlebells. They are good fun and you feel better afterwards!

I joined Michelles Pilates classes 3years ago. I now do Weights for Women and LBT’s too. I can honestly say I love all the classes, which are varied with great music and so much fun ,with a mix of all ages. So, its not just an exercise class its a weekly catch up with “friends” and we are all getting fit too

Michelle is knowledgeable and enthusiastic, she makes every class a joy to take part in. Even when I don’t want to go, I make the effort as I know I’ll leave feeling great! I have been going to Michelle’s keep fit classes for years at the village hall Mappleborough green , classes are Monday to Saturday, good selection of classes for woman and men , It’s good value for money, and everyone is friendly keep going Michelle .

Joining Michelle’s classes was my best decision. I have never done sport in my life, but now my body is toned, I even lost a dress size, and after each class I feel energetic and very proud of myself! Michelle works very hard to provide us with varied lessons, never boring, and selects motivating music. And not to forget I meet some charming people and enjoy our chats before classes.

I absolutely love all the workout's excellent variation of cardio , weights ,toning and Pilates. Many years ago I tried and tested countless keep fit classes throughout the area. Then I found Keep Fit with Michelle. That was almost 18 years ago.

Michelle is so dedicated and puts a lot of thought into each class. She offers loads of motivation and creates fun into your training sessions by means of the music she selects, for the various exercise routines. She has also given me not only encouragement but sound advice and modified class workouts for me, when I have had surgery.

Keep fit with Michelle isn’t just about the classes, it’s a community. To have such enjoyment whilst exercising with other wonderful ladies is so important and uplifting for me. I also feel a great sense of achievement at the end of each session.

If you ever had any doubts about coping with a professional fitness class you can forget them now. We joined with some trepidation (and a push from our GP) and what a find this was!
Far from being too much Michelle caters for all levels and even demonstrates several degrees of impact for every exercise so it’s up to you how hard you want to push.
Great music choices, varied routines and more than anything a relaxed atmosphere. Lots of fun and laughs if you have any breath left.
Very very highly recommended easy to book and good value with various different ways to pay as you go.

I have been attending Michelle’s classes for 11years and it is honestly the best decision I made to attend, I’ve been to gyms and was scared of classes but as soon as I joined Michelle I felt at ease and was made to feel welcome. Michelle’s classes are varied, suitable for all levels of fitness and full of friendly people who all support each other. If you are considering coming to a class just do it you won’t regret it. Highly recommend for a great work out and to make new friends.

Keep Fit with Michelle is brilliant. Michelle is an amazing instructor who offers a great variety of classes in Studley B80. From pilates to weights, Michelle give’s 100% every time in every class. I absolutely love the Body Blitz class with Michelle, as it’s energetic with great music and everything you need whilst having loads of fun. I’ve also met a fantastic bunch of people in Michelle’s classes, and you are always made to feel welcome in every class. Michelle's passion for exercise shines through in her attention to detail and her endless energy!

Michelle is a fantastic fitness teacher. She offers a wide range of classes to suit all abilities. Her classes are full of fun and the enthusiasm and humour she brings to them is a real bonus. The venue is perfect, plenty of parking and her fees will not break the bank!! She has time for everyone and there is always the opportunity to speak to her 1 to 1 if you need to.
