Giving them a one star is pretty generous, I ordered some trousers from them and was shocked just how badly made they were, the stitching is atrocious, it's loose and coming apart, in some places there is no stitching at all.
The customer service is almost non existent, I sent them numerous pictures showing the problem and got an email back saying they are of superior quality and asking if I can give them to someone else.
I told them they belong in the bin and I'd be ashamed to give them to someone else.
I put several bad reviews on their site and they deleted them.
I would suggest you don't buy anything from this company.

I would really reconsider using this site. I ordered some work trousers from here..I looked st the size chart and ordered xxl size. When I eventually got them they did not fit. Be mindful if ordering clothes.. the material is rubbish and they will not fit western people. The returns policy is useless as I emailed customer services for the return address. They said it would be too expensive to return and offered me £2 compensation on an item that cost over £20. I have repeatedly asked them for the returns address. Which they haven't given me. They even said could I not give the trousers to someone else!!. Totally joke. I'm reporting them to trading standards as they do not abide by the returns policy. Really do not order from them. No good and bad cheep quality.

Ordered a pair of mens shorts and then due to an offer an other pair within a minute. These orders went to two separate companies. Tried to cancel but was to late (90 secs later) Charged for taxes, no mention of this on website. One pair of shorts arrived good 4/5 inches lacking in waist, other pair still not appeared,no reply after numerous emails. One down to experience!!

My order came 5 weeks late and the product was not true to the size. I ordered a strapless bra which which had great advertising. However, the bra was 3 cups smaller. When I challenged this they said I was sent the right product and offered me £2 compensation and advised me to give the product to someone else. Are you having a laugh? Wish I had done my research before buying! STAY WELL CLEAR!

I wish I’d looked here before I bought. Same as everyone else the shorts are wrong style ,wrong size and email reply to complaint a joke. Scammers who are getting away with ripping people off.Don’t go near them.

How is this company allowed to operate in uk.They advertise constantly on Facebook with videos of these fantastic men’s shorts top quality material and features.When the shorts arrived the sizing was incorrect the shorts were not as advertised ie no Velcro fastening on the waist and the material quality poor. Sent several emails and photos to them with all the information they asked for.I was eventually offered no return of the shorts and £3 compensation and no refund the shorts were over £20.The company is operating from the USA .
They do no advertise that they are operating from abroad in any of the adverts and say return costs are too expensive for the customer. This is a scam

I experienced all of the difficulties that others have described with this company. The shorts I received were 5 inches smaller than they should have been. They charged more than they said they were going to. They will not take the shorts back and will not issue a refund. This is a scam from China, avoid buying anything from them.

Ordered shorts...2 pairs. Arrived way to small. Not to sizing guide. No returns . Complete scammers. Avoid at all costs.

Advertised product for Fathers day. Arrived several weeks after the day. No indication this was being sent from abroad (US). Product didn't fit. Would therefore need to pay postage back to China. Complete scam. Stay away from this company

Don’t buy from this con company- on more than one occasion I have received totally incorrect cheap wrong size and you cannot return the items unless you pay for tracking package to China -total scammers.

Even thought in the homepage, we can return the product but they refuse to do.

Avoid this company. They sent a different sized item than ordered/advertised. Gave me the run around. And refused to refund unless I paid return overseas shipping. And PayPal did not support me in my claim.
Disgusting scammers. If I met the boss of this company in the street they'd be looking at it face down. Utterly disgraceful company.

Tried to cancel order immediately, and I mean immediately, after placing the order, they asked why and refused to cancel saying t was too late. Arrived from the US about 15 days later..crap quality shirts and shorts, sizing issues, being Im a 36' waist. Got Large shortscwhich are for 35-39' waist and are way toi small...utter rubbish. Save your money. Cant be bothered to try for refund. Lesson learnt.

Looks like I have been coned as well shorts to small not elasticated waist as advertised cheap seconds from China via America, got all the same comments from them do not deal with them buyer beware! It’s about time Pay pal Master card and other credit card companies got their act together and blocked these companies.

Gangsters. My shorts were too small and their customer service is nonexistent. I’ve repeatedly asked for a returns address but they keep refusing.

The shorts (2 pairs £48.55) were 2 sizes too small there 4XL equates to 40" (unexpanded) NOT 43"-46" when I contacted them they suggested give them to someone else!!! Then through PayPal I got a first offer of £4, later £6 after I started a dispute case. Eventually I got a promise of a full refund if I returned them, BUT i had to pay the postage. £23 it cost via Royal Mail as it had to be tracked! I sent them back and today via the tracking it says returning to sender as incorrectly addressed!!! I printed out their address sent from them via PayPal disputes, so how could it be incorrect!? 😡😡😡😡

Ordered two pairs of shorts that should fit but dont. sizing doesnt match.
Tried to return and was told to give them as a gift to someone as it would take to long to get me money back.
Reported to the CC company to see what they can do for me.

The sizing chart for clothes is completely inaccurate. I just received 2 pairs of shorts which should be baggy on me and I can’t get close to closing the buttons
