The customer support is non existent. The company only want to take your money and that’s it. They’re always saying they’re sorting issues out but they never do. They’re to understaffed it’s a joke. One of the business owners Lee lies to you saying he’s there for support but when you actually need it he doesn’t want to help and just wants to keep taking money from you.

If you’re coming to the review section to make up your mind then I’d say just try your luck somewhere else. The 3.8 star average rating just says it all.

I’ve never written a review before even when a bad review needed writing but this company is just such a profit driven joke it’s unbelievable.

We wanted replacement doors and handles for our vanity unit. I asked for samples of colour which were sent promptly then we ordered them. Warnock queried the door measurement so we checked and made it 2mm smaller! They would have been too big! They arrived 2 weeks later and we are very pleased.

Didn't want to know about a problem I had with my shower enclosure that they installed. Went to apollo bathrooms who solved the problem immediately
