A very disappointing experience…
A very disappointing experience ordering flowers online with them. Website has a lot of choices to pick from from and they have an option of express deliver for extra charges which i opted for along with my order. Once the payment is gone i get a mail saying the flowers are not available and would like to deliver tomorrow with possibly alternate flowers. I replied asking them to be delivered today as the recipient of the flowers is not available the next day. Finally they said they can deliver different flowers to the one i ordered and without the flower vase and no refund or reduction in price or an upgrade in flowers to compensate for the missing vase ( my original order was with a flower vase), i either accept or reject. I accepted as i wanted the flowers to be delivered to my friend as it was an occasion and at this moment i had no other option. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone and inspite of the premium they charge for the service it is woefully behind the normal standards.
