ITS A SCAM!!!! we ordered without watching the reviews and never got confirmation email and never shipped

Another negative experience here. Ordered, then got no confirmation of item being shipped, emailed and got ignored for three weeks, then got a refund after initiating a chargeback. Pretty sure they have set this up in the hopes people will be too embarrassed to claim/not bother with the faff. Despicable. Not me - I'll be aiming to report them to Portuguese authorities and let everyone on Fetlife know to avoid this scammy scam. Shame on you, Sophie.

Placed a €33 order (14015KB) on 26/11/25 with the intention of following up with a larger order if the goods were satisfactory.
Received auto-acknowledgement of order and then nothing.

Contacted customer service on 15/12/25. No reply ever received and no goods have ever been delivered.

This is a scam company, avoid at all costs!!!

This website is definitely a scam! don’t order from here! I made an order three weeks ago and no update on my order and no response from customer service. I didn’t read the reviews or comments on their social media before purchasing and I should have. I’m glad I only spent £20 because most likely I won’t get it back.

Horrible, ordered something and it's been three months with no response from the support email, tickets? nothing. Asked for a refund and nothing either. It's a scam, ordered twice from there with no issues before now idk what happened but it sucks and i want my money back. they have no place in the website where i can complain either for my product. Incompetence.

This company appears to be a scam. I placed an order several weeks ago, and my items were never dispatched. The company is completely unresponsive to all forms of contact.

I made multiple attempts to contact the business via email and a web form. My emails were ignored, and one of their email addresses even actively refused delivery.

Due to the lack of communication and the unfulfilled order, I was forced to file a dispute with my bank. My bank has already processed a full refund, which indicates the business did not respond to the official chargeback request.

This business takes your money with no intention of shipping your order. Do not waste your time or money.

DONT GET FROM HERE. SCAM!! i bought an item here and it was taking ages to arrive and i tracked the order and it hadn't even been dispatched yet! i tried contacting them and got nothing. currently trying to get my money back from my bank.

I ordered from them a few years ago, and I received my item without much troubles. I then decided to order again, since my first experience with them went alright, but this time my order took more than a month to arrive, and I had to contact customer service about it. They answered me, and the issue got solved.

Recently, about a month ago, I decided to order a few things. (I had forgotten about the last incident, sadly) I still haven't received my package, and I sent them two mails, which were left unanswered.

Overall, even if I'm satisfied with the items I received, I won't order from them again and everyone should stay clear from that shop to avoid being scammed.

The items never get shipped

Refund policy requires you to E-mail within 24 hours, but they'll never reply, acknowledge or fulfill the request.

Their social media is inactive and don't reply either.

You'll have to try to recover the money using your bank otherwise you'll get no items and no refund.

Stay clear

Still a SCAM. Bought 2 items back in October. Nothing has arrived. Contacted support twice with no reply. Don't risk buying anything from them.

Scam. Ordered in early August. Order confirmation received immediately.

I ordered on 30th may and it’s now 2nd October with nothing. Have contacted multiple times and they don’t respond. Their chat function doesn’t even work- absolutely a scam and would never order again!!

Ordered 35 business days ago which is the maximum delivery time. Sent 5 emails with no reply.

Do not order with this company. I am now pursuing legal action to shut them down

Januari 29 I made an order,
I’ve send them for 3 months regularly messages on mail and social media, after that I got a response.
Then they finally send my order, when I received it I saw an item is missing.
I’ve send them again multiple times and I’m getting no any reply.
I’m still waiting for my missing item or a refund.
U fortunately I will never order here again,
Mentioned delivery time is not correct, and only after 3 months I got a reply to all my messages.
And the order doesn’t come complete.
I must honestly say I’m disappointed.

I have been looking for this pig toy forever, I had bought two but then both were not the same as my first one, but the one I got from Kawaii Bdsm did. my boyfriend and I are so happy. Also their customer service is awesome. thx xo <3

Good: when I was contacted finally amazing customer service 🩷 Sophie was wonderful and extremely polite and helpful.

Bad: no order updates or contact what so ever had to send multiple Instagram messages /emails just to get a response

My items came and I'm very happy with them but due to the lack of order information and communication and shipping times I won't be shopping here again which is a real shame as I like alot of their products. :(

Order placed on 4th Feb it is now the 25th of Feb three weeks later and despite replying to the confirmation email and trying to contact them through the website I have had no response at all and no items yet. Would not recommend anyone order from them as I have paid for goods that I have not received and seem to be getting ignored. Only gave a 1 star as you can't give 0 stars.

I bought a giftcard, the person who gifted it to put the wrong address, thanks to their support another delivery was planned as soon as possible and we received the items not long after. Thanks a lot. A real recommender.

I bought paw socks, I'm surprised at how comfy and cute it is. Also, they don't gender customers, which is very poggers. Customer Service is polite accommodating, and really responsive.
