A great business and amazing service. They stock a good range products are are great quality. Owners are also amazing and happy to help can not fault or praise them enough

Left a review for a painting I’d purchased and it was removed with no explanation or contact by from the company, contacted their “support email” and no response. I bought a couple of paintings and found one of the biggest ones I purchased wasn’t the best quality. The rendering wasn’t accurate so loads of details of the painting were missing, since the painting was 60x90cm it wasn’t due to size. The symbols on the painting weren’t clear so I had to guess at times, even with the help of a light board or overhead light I couldn’t make them out. The drills weren’t great and I ended up with a bag full of trash drills that were all different sizes, concave or chipped.
I didn’t originally email about the quality because it’s a small business and I wasn’t after a refund, I’d only left the review so others were aware given the price point of the product (£25)
Removing honest reviews from people who have purchased those items isn’t fair and misleading to others who may purchase and can only see “good” reviews.

Very good delivery was fast getting my parcel

Easy to order off the website and very quick delivery 👌

Delighted again with my order super fast delivery

Found this site when looking for a particular yarn. Not only cheaper but delivery good and will certainly use again.

I have ordered from this business a lot, I order yarn for my small business. I have never had anything but good experiences and orders are generally delivered early. I don't normally write reviews but this business definitely deserves it. In correspondence I have had through email with them they've always been very polite and extremely helpful. Thank you for making ordering from you so pleasant.

Lovely wool and very quick delivery
