DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered the Casual Short Sleeve Button Slim Top & Wide Leg Trousers Co-ord - Beige on 10th May for £34.78. I requested a return on 21st May, and they acknowledged the return on 27th May — but I’ve still not received my refund.

I’ve sent endless emails trying to resolve this, with no success. To make matters worse, PayPal couldn’t help, as there was no option to open a refund request for this transaction.

Extremely poor customer service. Avoid this company — not worth the hassle.

It's been a month since I've ordered, haven't heard anything. I've emailed them to ask where my order is, no reply whatsoever. I ordered this set for my holiday, which is next week. Horrible website!

The jeans fit perfectly on my body, I love how stretchy they were. I’ll definitely buy the jeans in other colors😆

RUN and keep running! I have been waiting for 4 MONTHS for my order and have been fobbed off by them over and over again. An absolute joke of a company.

Update: They promised to send me a free item almost a month ago if I edited this review, and no surprise but it still hasn't arrived either!

I ordered my items on the 21st April and didn’t receive any update about them. So I then emailed 15th may to see where they were. They then eventually arrived 20th may. Didn’t like the items so tried sending back. Have managed to finally send back oh and look now at the 21st June and still no refund. Won’t ever order again from the company

Dreadful company , ignore all emails to arrange a return , don’t waste your money avoid them , I’m now at the stage where I will ask my bank for a chargeback as they ignore all attempts at contact , why advertise you accept returns when you clearly don’t want people to return them , keep your money in your bank don’t spend it with a company that don’t appreciate your custom

I ordered a dress two weeks ago I only live in Ireland go no information at all I’ve emailed them 4/5 times about it still nothing until today told me they don’t have the dress in stock that they are going to refund me, but when I go back online to there website it’s in stock but it now says they don’t deliver to my address in Ireland what a joke

Ordered a co-ord doesn’t fit right want to return but never email you back to confirm the return details.

How do you get this company to email you back for a returns label.
I’ve emailed 4-5 times and nothing.
Tried to contact them on different social medial platforms and all I get a generic message back telling me to email back on two different email addresses provided and still no response.
It shouldn’t have to be this difficult to return items back and obtain a refund.

I made an order for two pairs of jeans off TikTok shop, both arrived and both were too big so I sent them back using a combined return label sent by yourself return has been received and only one pair of jeans has been refunded, now trying to speak to someone from katch me it’s absolutely non existent you don’t reply on TikTok I’ve tried emailing and still no reply. I just want my money back for the items that have been returned to you!!!!!!!!

LITERALLY THE WORST COMPANY TO EXIST DO NOT DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. AS MOST PEOPLE COMMENTED BELOW I RETURNED AN ITEM WHICH WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED I SENT THE ITEM BACK AND THEY SAID THE ITEM SMELLED OF PERFUME AND HAD BEEN WASHED. I DON'T WEAR PERFUME AND IT HAD NOT BEEN WASHED. TIKTOK REJECTED MY APPEAL AND THEY NOW HAVE MY MONEY AND ITEM... ***AVOID AT ALL COST***

Really disappointed, please avoid this company - don't be scammed.
My order arrived but did not fit so decided to return and order the correct size. I labelled as No Longer Required as Katch Me requested on the advice note and returned via Evri.
I then received a message stating my refund had been rejected as - the package sent is damaged/jeans is dirty/ food colour/ not removeable / not eligible for return??
This doesn't make any sense to me, I know they were returned in the condition they were received. I tried the jeans on in my bedroom, they did not fit I packaged them straight up in their own packaging and put them in a plastic waterproof envelope for posting, There was no opportunity for them to get dirty and they were double packaged.
Katch Me have decided to take the jeans and my money. If they do this to every other order they are making a lot of money and this just feels like a big scam . I am unable to see proof or object or ask for the jeans to be returned to me. Its really disappointing Its such a shame as they jeans were actually lovely, they have a good product so why the need to rob genuine customers.

I was actually worried to order from katch me after seeing all these bad reviews on trustpilot but I really reallyliked their trench coats so I placed an order and hoped for the best not expecting amazing things BUT I’m so pleasantly surprised, my order got delivered in 2 days and the quality and fit is absolutely PERFECT! I genuinely got my dream coats from this brand and I genuinely recommend them to others thank you katch me ❤️

I ordered off of KatchMe tik tok shop, I tried on the coat, it was way too big so I immediately bagged it up and returned it.

Katchme rejected my refund, Saying it smelt of ‘too much perfume’, I had never sprayed any perfume on this and wasn’t wearing any either when I tried the coat on.

Update -i didn’t hear off of them for weeks so I disputed this with Tik tok themselves and they have approved my dispute and refunded me back the money.
Katchme would have never of given me my money back if I hadn’t of disputed this with TikTok.

Katchme is a Disgraceful company

MINUS 5 STARS. CHEAP MATERIAL USED, THE ITEMS LOOK NOTHING LIKE THEY DO ON THE WEBSITE AND THE DONT REFUND UNLESS YOU PAY FOR THE ITEMS TO BE SHIPPED BACK TO CHINA!!!

Would rate 0 stars if i could. I ordered a coat back in early september and the sizing was way off! So i contacted them and they gave me a few options (great) either keep the coat and get it fixed myself (wouldnt have worked how big the coat was), accept store credit and discard the coat myself or just return for a refund. So i decided to return completely, i had to book a date for the delivery company to come collect it which was a bit annoying with work but ok.. the man came but the return label they had sent me didnt work so he couldnt take it. Bloody annoying!! So instead of trying to arrange a pick up again as i was working the next few days now, i opted for the store credit and discard the coat. I reordered the coat in the smallest size this time (I DID HAVE TO PAY DELIVERY AGAIN MYSELF WHICH WAS ANNOYING) the coat arrived still massively huge and this was suppose to fit a size 8! (I am a 12-14 so sizing is wayyyyy off) so i gave up and returned the coat (worked this time) 12 days later i had to get in touch because i had proof they had received the coat but i had heard nothing, then they said my refund had been accepted but to give them another 7 days! To only find out they had refunded me of the shipping cost and not the actual coat! You said to discard of the first coat which i did and i returned the second coat! I spent on delivery twice aswell and you wont refund me! vile company NEVER BUY FROM HERE! Its a headache start from finish, the sizes are way off and they dont refund!!

I have placed an order with katch me for the very first time and its has not received yet even tho i have given £4.99 for next day delivery, but still there is no update regarding my parcel. I have send them an email as well many times and contacted them on social media as well but no reply. Very disappointing never shop with them again.

I ordered a number of items when arrived they sent me the wrong items and not even the size I ordered I have e mailed twice no reply would not recommend waste of nearly £100

I came across Katch Me on Tik Tok and watched one of their lives and liked the clothes they had on there for an affordable price.
I was a little hesitant to order when I read the reviews on here but decided to give it a go and can honestly say I’m glad I did!

The two piece outfit I ordered came within 3-4 days and was such good quality for the price and fits perfectly ☺️ already been on another live and ordered something else 🤣
