Kein Support für Probleme.
The oven was devective after 3 weeks of use. This was still under warranty and no help was offered for the repair. I had to find a workshop in Italy and bring the oven from Graz to Udine to get it repaired. No support at all from kasastore as the seller of the product.

wir nehmen Ihre Bewertung zur Kenntnis, möchten jedoch einige wesentliche Punkte klarstellen, da sich Ihre Angaben im Verlauf geändert haben.
Die Bestellung stammt vom 11.06.2025 und wurde ordnungsgemäß abgewickelt. Die Ware wurde korrekt geliefert und entspricht den bestellten Spezifikationen.
Kasastore verkauft international, und es bestehen keine territorialen Verkaufsbeschränkungen.
Die Prüfung, ob ein Produkt im jeweiligen Bestimmungsland zugelassen und installierbar ist, liegt in der Verantwortung des Kunden vor dem Kauf, da dies von lokalen Vorschriften abhängt.
Bezüglich des von Ihnen genannten Defekts gilt:
Garantieansprüche werden gemäß den Herstellervorgaben über das autorisierte Servicenetz des Herstellers (AEG) im jeweiligen Land abgewickelt.
Als Händler führen wir keine direkten Reparaturen durch und haben Sie entsprechend an den zuständigen Herstellerservice verwiesen.
Die Entscheidung, das Gerät persönlich nach Italien zu bringen, erfolgte eigenständig und war weder erforderlich noch von uns gefordert. In solchen Fällen ist grundsätzlich der autorisierte Kundendienst im Installationsland zuständig.
Ihre Rücksendeanfrage wurde zudem mehrere Monate nach der Lieferung gestellt und liegt somit außerhalb der gesetzlichen Widerrufsfrist, weshalb eine Rücknahme nicht möglich ist.
Es handelt sich daher nicht um fehlenden Support, sondern um die korrekte Anwendung der Verkaufs- und Garantiebedingungen.

A ce jour, et malgré que j’ai, les 12 janvier et 4 février, envoyé un mail, je n’ai TOUJOURS REÇU AUCUNE INFORMATION NI LIVRAISON, ce qui est INADMISSIBLE après 7 semaines. J’ai donc demandé l’intervention des services juridiques de Test-Achats...

I do not recommend this site. They lure people with low prices, but there is no customer service. I ordered a ceiling hood from Elica, which was supposed to be delivered in 10-15 working days. The shipment was scheduled for 6.2. I inquired by email whether they would send it on time, "of course" today it was moved to 13.2.Sent 6 emails requesting cancellation of order. After two days an email was automatically generated. Communication at freezing point. Orders from the e-shop still not cancelled.I have a feeling I'll never see my money again.scammers.scammers.scammers….

Ein absolut unseriöses Unternehmen. Nachdem die Lieferung eines Mikrowellenherdes aufgrund der falschen Ländereingabe Deutschland Lieferadresse statt Österreich ( war mein Fehler System ließ jedoch zu). Die Ware wurde nachdem wir den Fehler bemerkten dann nach ewigen emailverkehr beschädigt nach Italien zurück gesandt und ist nie bei uns in Ö eingetroffen. Danach wurden uns nur noch. 115,—Euro von 807,€ überwiesenen Euros zurück erstattet. Auf e mailanfrage wurde eine Kostenaufstellung von utopischen Lagerungs Reparatur Transportkosten usw gesandt.
Das Ganzen über einen Zeitraum von fast einem halben Jahr.
Anruf ist nur auf Italienisch möglich!

They vanished
I have to say, I have never had any issues with any online shop in my 47 years. They sold me an Elica hood that arrived with a bent corner due to a massive hit to the box, and I’m not sure if they sold it to me knowing it was faulty, because something peculiar happened. When I bought it, the price seemed cheaper than some other stores, so I went ahead and made the purchase. A few days later, the price went up by almost 100 euros. I dare to say it was cheaper because it was faulty, and nothing about this was mentioned on the website or anywhere else.
When I received the product, the delivery guy seemed in a rush, and he didn't let the renovation guys check the item properly. One of them signed a paper stating that the box was not inspected. The day after, I tried to contact the shipping company, but they wouldn't pick up the phone, so I sent an email to the claims department of Kasastore. A couple of weeks later, I still haven't heard from them. I sent another email, using the same address I used previously for some shipping questions to which they had replied, but I know they won't respond and don't care at all.
I am truly disheartened by this experience and urge anyone to refrain from buying from this company.
I am open to modify and update this review if they ever get back to me.

NO COMPRAR EN KASASTORE
Debería haber leído las críticas antes de comprar. Efectivamente son una empresa que deja mucho que desear. He recibido el lavavajillas con un golpe a un lado, y no se han responsabilizado de nada, aparte de que es imposible ponerse en contacto con ellos, Un simple correo automático es todo lo que he recibido como respuesta.

Cuidado son unos estafadores, los productos que sirven no tienen nada que ver con los que anuncian, en mi caso una campana de cobre me la han enviado de PVC si quieres devolver el producto tienes que pagar los portes y esperar que acepten la devolución, una vez que has pagado el articulo, si te he visto no me acuerdo!!!!

Ware beschädigt und Annahme verweigert wird nicht akzeptiert
Wir haben einen Glastisch bestellt, der erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen geliefert wurde. Keine Trackingnummer, keine Lieferverfolgung. E-Mails werden nicht beantwortet, angeblich auf Grund von Problemen mit t-online EMail -Adressen. Der Tisch kam beschädigt und wir haben die Lieferung nicht angenommen. Kein entgegenkommen in Hinsicht einer Ersatzlieferung und Rücküberweisung des Geldes. Statt dessen permanente Erinnerung an das Kleingedruckte Geschäftsgebaren auf der Internetseite. Wir sollen die Ware trotzdem annehmen und das auf dem Lieferschein bestätigen. Ich glaube es geht los. Mit Verlaub unterirdischer Service.
