Been going to Jasmine for over a year. Acupuncture is excellent and has helped me improve mobility and reduce pain in my neck and shoulder. Very professional and helpful. Highly recommend it to anyone who has pain.
The treatment I have received with Jaz has been truly exceptional and I can not recommend highly enough. I have had neck and back pain on and off for a while and each session has made a huge difference! I'll keep recommending to everyone I know!!

I’ve had trouble with my shoulders for a while, I received a voucher for my birthday for Karuna wellbeing. After just 1 visit there was a big difference. I’ve had about 6 sessions now and it is remarkable how much better I feel. I now go for long periods without pain. Big thanks to Jaz

I chose the 75 minute foot reflexology treatment. I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but Jaz was great and explained everything to me. The treatment was amazing and so relaxing, I could have lied there all day! I will definitely be coming back for another treatment as I can already feel the benefits. Thank you so much.

All staff at Karuna well being are amazing! Jaz, who I had my treatment with, is incredible! She really listened to my requests and needs which really ensured my treatment was as beneficial as possible! She is calm, caring and really thinks about me when considering what would be best!

We received a beautiful gift box by mail filled with crystals, each had been carefully selected by Jaz to meet our healing requirements. The box also contained a transcript giving us all the details for each crystal, its origin and strengths.
