Got to venue in Newcastle for 4pm to be told it had been cancelled no one to contact or ring loads turned up the same emailed the address no response the other email address was blocked so doesn't look like any of us getting our money back, it's a scam stay we'll clear !!!!!!!

Still waiting on a refund from the Bristol venue. Which they cancelled and changed the venue 6 days before. They’ve said 2-4 weeks for a refund after being added to the queue. Think this is bad seeing as I paid for this back in February!

If I could get them a zero score I would…. Still waiting for a refund of £298 for an event at Bristol that was changed to Newport with 3 days notice. They’ve had our money since May! Avoid at all costs, can’t speak to anyone and you get a generic response via email saying you’re in a queue, next stop putting in a claim through credit card….

UTTER SH!T3 - We left after 1 hour.

No I’m not trying to be funny with this at all. We had these tickets booked for a few months and we were so looking forward to it only to be let down massively.

We were put on a very tiny table with 3 others who we didn’t know and just made this experience for us rubbish as we felt like we couldn’t talk. It came to light that one of the girls was this guy’s girlfriend which explains why they got free entry as he and his grandparents couldn’t stop talking about.

They quote “good food and service” the food was absolutely crap considering it came from a decent restaurant I hope that it doesn’t ruin this restaurant’s reputation for the utter sh!t3 that was presented to us.

Food arrived stoned cold, you get a 10cm bun with a burger half its size that I can only imagine was purchased from Iceland. My burger was still raw, think of George from the tv show Rainbow. Second burger arrived stone cold but at least this one was semi cooked. Chips(fries) were again stone, no flavour and like trying to swallow marbles.

On the table we’re 2 smalls pot of ketchup and mayo, we had to share these with our 3 strangers and they bloody double dipped. When asked I wasn’t allowed a napkin, knife or fork.

Unlimited alcoholic drinks….. nope!
Not long after we sat down we were offered a choice of 3 shots naturally I took it off the tray, downed it in one and then to be told it’s £2.50 a shot!!!
Bloody tricked which is totally not fair especially when you advertise unlimited alcoholic drink. Apparently there’s a list but we didn’t see it.

The entertainment… if making a 70 year old lady crawl around in her hands and knees barking like a dog then avoid Karen’s tour.

The whole experience was terrible and not in a fun way. What you see on YouTube in the actual Karen’s diner is what we were looking forward too but it was just terrible and we left just after 1 hour

Bad experience would never recommend to anybody else.

left for long periods wanted a drink but had to wait. 45 minutes to be seen.

Food was very average microwave meals at best.

Had a dance off with a 10-year-old child so I sat down as wanted him would win, then the stuff for coerced me to buy him and his family, a bottle of wine because I lost.

Not a good experience, this was a while back, but it still leaves a bitter taste.

Would never recommend it to anyone.

Karen’s diner Bristol was cancelled and moved to Newport in Wales 5 days before the event. Requested a full refund 3rd July and nothing. Anyone else experience this shamble of a company?

What a waste of time and money for a sh*te experience. Save your money and don't go. Food at Tiffany's Blackpool was garbage and warm - entertainment was second rate gutter humour and the Karens service were just kids given a 10 minute training seesion just to swear.

£45 for "all inclusive" drinks which was also for alcohol but the alcohol choice was limited. Experience felt rushed as after an hour and a half we were told to sup up and get out. Entertainment was enjoyable and games were great but I would not do a pop up again. I would not recommend all inclusive either as I feel ripped off. The Karens were great, the food was also ok but not £45 worth. We went to Tiffany's at Blackpool for the pop up.

Absolute shambles of a company brought 5 tickets to the tour in Southampton for it to be cancelled by them twice tried to contact them about getting a refund or finding out about an alternative date and no reply what so ever they do not care as soon as they have taken your money and I would advise anyone thinking of booking to stay clear of these scam artists

We went to the Karen's diner pop up in Plymouth!! what an absolute load of s**t.... They have replaced humorous rude service for just rubbish service! We didn't get sworn at or any abuse whatsoever!! We got bored waiting for something fun to happen!! (we even complained we were bored and was told you cant please everyone!! AT LEAST TELL ME TO F-OFF!!) and to top it off the food was so bad it made McDonalds look like michelin quality!! Don't waste your money!!!

Contacted Karen's after a very disappointing night at their Ayr pop up venue.
The venue wasn't fit for purpose unless you could see around corners or alternatively had a neck like a giraffe, very poorly thought out location.
The entertainment was mediocre at best. If you're bald you'll be called Phil Mitchell, if you're female and blonde you're Pat Butcher. The obligatory worst dressed competition , oh and the knob head calling every five minutes. Not anything verging on original comedy.
The meal wasn't just basic or poorly presented, it was inedible. Skinny fries that were cremated. A bun with what should have been a burger. It didn't look like a burger and certainly didn't taste like any burger I'd ever seen before. The coleslaw was much like the Master of Ceremonies, 70% cabbage.
I contacted Karen's who apologised and said it would refunded my evening. But suprise suprise it has failed to materialise. I've contacted them by email on several occasions but unsurprisingl I've not had the courtesy of a reply.
I've been fortunate enough to have visited Karen's in Australia. It was a superb night and if I was them I'd be mortified to be associated with this poor imitation.

Was hoping for a bit more scripted entertainment than there was. We've been to the Fawlty Tours dining experience before and that was brilliant. This is more like an 18-30s holiday - I was expecting them to have us passing balloons between our knees and all that rubbish. It's funny watching people getting made fools of (and I was up twice myself) but it's certainly not worth raving about.
The food was horrendous as well. Do not go here on an empty stomach. We got a cheeseburger and fries - it was virtually identical to McDonalds food (in fact it could well have been McD's). That was it - despite the promise of two courses - that's only if you forgoe your fries... so a bit of a rip-off really.
Wouldn't go back and can't honesty "recommend" it. But it was an experience.

Good staff, fast food on a par with McDonald's, 2 meals incorrect out of a group of 12, shots at the end as part of joke that seemed to be complimentary but appeared on the bill. BEWARE!

My wife and I went to the Bournemouth Karen’s on tour on April 2nd and had one of the best nights we’ve had in a very long time.
Brutal, funny, and outright brilliant.
Karen’s diner is awesome and an experience all should try at least once. Thank you Karens
