I noticed that I could not book two separate locations for drop off and pick up online, so I called the phone number and they were easily able to accommodate the request.

The service was great for airport pickup and transfer to the hotel! Our chauffeur, Encarnacion Corral, was so nice and helpful that I asked if he could be the same chauffeur for our pick up at the end of the week. He was able to make that happen and our return trip was just as great. Communication was great before pick up each time for an easy time finding him. Las Vegas traffic has gotten so much worse in the past decade, it was really nice not to have to worry about any of it. Would highly recommend this service and the chauffeur!

Rude phone customer service. I called to confirm my reservation details for which I already paid for and they tried to tack on an hour of additional "required" time even though I had talked through my reservation with them before I booked it originally. So because I called back to confirm my details, they tried to upcharge me $150 more. Their terms and conditions are wildly outdated. It says specifically the tip is not included, and then it is included on the invoice. When I asked the rude phone customer service agent, she said that it was included. So to anyone who is reading their terms and conditions, just be aware that they are not correct. Another instance, their terms specifically say alcohol is not to be consumed in the Tesla or SUV rentals. We had an stretched SUV rental, so I asked if we could drink the alcohol in the vehicle or not and she very rudely snapped back at me that they are a luxury service and why wouldn't I be allowed to drink in their vehicle. I highly suggest this company updates their automated emails and terms and conditions or at least train their customer service employees on what they say. There are too many limo companies in Vegas to settle with mediocrity and rudeness in the hospitality business of all places.
