!!! WAARSCHUWING !!! OPLICHTING !!!

Dit "bedrijf" is al 2 maanden bezig met een grootschalige oplichtings operatie.

Vele slachtoffers uit heel Europa hebben zich inmiddels gemeld op hun diverse instagram accounts en onafhankelijke review sites.
Ik ben door hen al geblokkeerd vanwege mijn waarschuwingen op hun accounts.
Al 2 maanden worden bestellingen niet meer verstuurd.
De "klantenservice" is een Ai-bot die steeds dezelfde nietszeggende reactie geeft.

HANDELSWIJZE VAN DE OPLICHTING:

Na je bestelling krijg je een trackingnummer. Ze verzenden je bestelling echter niet. Na 2 weken meld het postbedrijf dat ze geen pakket aangeboden hebben gekregen.

Hun reactie op je vraag/klacht luidt consequent: We hebben de drukte van de verjaardag sale onderschat.
Binnen 3-4 werkdagen krijg je bericht
Antwoord -actueel- als je vraag nog niet is beantwoord.

Op jouw -actueel- bericht krijg je exact bovenstaand antwoord. Zo beland je dus in een cirkel van elke 4 dagen hetzelfde antwoord krijgen.

Deze grootschalige oplichting is echter al veel langer gaande dan de birthday sale die momenteel als smoes wordt gebruikt.
De oudste reactie van een slachtoffer was al 7 weken geleden. Dit slachtoffer wachtte toen al 3 weken op de bestelling.

!!! WEES GEWAARSCHUWD!!!

Het "bedrijf" is onbereikbaar voor gedupeerden.
Lees eerst de reacties van de opgelichte klanten.
(Update) Ondertussen is men heel druk geweest om zo veel mogelijk negatieve berichten te verwijderen.(/)

Geloof niet in de lovende berichten en nep reviews van hun betaalde influencers. Dezelfde influencers die ook te zien zijn in hun promotiefilmpjes en foto's.

Je déconseille très fortement de commander sur ce site.

J’ai passé commande d’un sac il y a maintenant 3 semaines. La commande a bien été confirmée par email. Sac pourtant disponible !

J’ai contacté le service client par email, mais aucune réponse à ce jour, malgré mes relances.

Je trouve cette situation totalement anormale et extrêmement inquiétante. Je suis toujours dans l’attente de mon sac, mais surtout d’une explication et d’une réponse du service client.

🇫🇷 Je pense sincèrement ne pas être la seule cliente en France à rencontrer ce problème. Si d’autres personnes sont dans la même situation, n’hésitez surtout pas à témoigner dans les commentaires.

🚨 PRUDENCE : avant de passer commande, renseignez-vous bien et soyez particulièrement vigilants.

9 Augustus een bestelling gedaan en direct erna een annuleringsverzoek ingediend omdat ik me had vergist.
Uiteindelijk tóch de tas ontvangen en deze meteen weer retour gestuurd. Inmiddels
21 dagen verder en nog steeds geen terugbetaling ontvangen!
Klantenservice slecht bereikbaar.
Voor mij geen nieuwe bestelling meer bij deze club…..

All style no substance - appalling customer service - I bought a 175 pound backpack from the London store and it was HOPELESS - I travel regularly for work - there are numerous design faults - at 45 litres the bag is the size of a suitcase but this has no wheels and two badly designed small diagonal handles that mean the bag constantly twists and whacks into your legs - if you place it on your back it is too heavy - and there is no way of telling the top from the bottom. On a plane, the non-removable straps catch on every seat and appendage you pass - making you very unpopular with the other passengers. Should you wish to bring a laptop, good luck; laptop storage is at the very bottom of the bag, so you must remove the entire contents to reach it. Having written to Kaptan I was told to return the bag to the shop - having told them all of the above - we arrived at the shop to be sent away as the bag was 'used' - this after a long dialogue with customer service. They care not a jot for the consumer as is proven by this poncy, overpriced, badly designed bag.

I'm not even sure the company exists. I haven't received the tracking number for a month, just bot replies about "working at full speed". Shame that the company is registered in the EU, where customer rights should be protected. Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews this time - my mistake. It is absolutely clear that the company cheats customers and I hope that my review will help to avoid dealing with them.

Afschuwelijke ervaring. Bezorgtijd zou 1 dag zijn uiteindelijk 2 weken gewacht. Klantenservice reageert niet. En toen het bezorgd is was het een andere tas.

Appalling customer service! I've been left waiting for a staggering four months for a simple pin for sunglasses, all under the supposed protection of a two-year guarantee. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this company's services.

Un sac commandé sur le site Kapten and son : cher mais très joli. Par contre très fragile (marque beaucoup, le tissu s'accroche et se déchire) et surtout fermeture éclair déraillée dans les 2 sens au bout de quelques mois: sac inutilisable. Mail au service client qui me l'échange contre un neuf en 2 semaines. Même problème mais cette fois en quelques jours sur le sac neuf. Réclamation faite au service client et demande de remboursement. J'attends leur retour

J'ai commandé des lunettes de soleil pendant la période de confinement.

Tout d'abord, la livraison est très rapide, produit reçu 4 jours après alors qu'elles viennent d'Allemagne et nous étions en période de confinement.
Emballage épuré et resistant, les lunettes sont rangées dans une boite en cuir, avec un chiffon très grand pour laver les verres.

Un petit bémol que je trouve, les lunettes son fragiles elles sont légères, j'ai donc une impression qu'elles peuvent vite se casser.

Toutefois, je trouve que le prix correspond à la qualité reçue, que ce soit celle du produit que celle de la prise en charge.
Je recommande ce site pour les lunettes de soleil

J'ai commandé un sac à dos pour Noël et le colis est arrivé dans les temps, bien emballé. Le sac est conforme à la photo et à tout le reste. Je l'utilise tous les jours à la fac et il est parfait, rien à redire !
