Great pillow and has really helped me sleep better.

I recently purchased a body pillow, and it’s been a game-changer for my sleep. Although it arrived without a case, the customer service team quickly resolved the issue, sending one out promptly.

Since using the pillow, my sleep has improved immensely. I used to struggle with achy, twitchy legs, making rest difficult. Now, the pillow’s support has eased my discomfort, allowing me to enjoy restful, uninterrupted nights.

Highly recommended for both comfort and excellent customer service.

Great product, delivered in a reasonable time and let’s not forget that if the product that you have purchased isn’t for you and you return it, these super generous people donate it to a charity based in Marylebone.

You won’t return it though. No way.

So few good people out there, we have to appreciate it when you stumble across them.

But more importantly by far the best pillows designed by experts!

Ordered a sport pillow and a spare cover. Was sent a body pillow and spare cover. No explanation given so I assumed they were the same products, different label. The pillow was folded in half in the packaging. I plumped it as best I could but the centre of the filling was divided in two and I couldn’t undo the damage. Where my knee needs to rest is empty casing. I emailed Kally, they didn’t respond. I opened a PayPal case. They still didn’t respond. PayPal have awarded me a refund. If you do buy from them use PayPal or another means where you can get your money back as Kally ignore you.

Super comfy and supportive for pregnancy and breastfeeding

Great product not only supports my body but makes me feel good mentally too as it feels like you are hugging or being hugged, so helps sleep more soundly.Also delivered on the the delivery estimated time frame. A good price just wish i’de known about the senior discount, it’s not very well highlighted, but overall a good experience.

No difference noticed in snoring but comfortable pillow. No neck ache!

Have bought a few products from Kally Sleep and they have all been excellent and good value for money. Latest purchase was their side sleeper pillow and it is the first pillow I’ve had that genuinely does support you when sleeping on your side!

Best pillows I have ever had!! I bought the sports pillow for side sleepers and it’s been an absolute dream boat to cuddle up to and sleep with. I basically don’t move now all night wake up feeling fresh and comfortable and it’s really helped my lower back issues.
I also bought the anti snore pillow to see if it would work to keep my wife happy. She said I haven’t snored all week!! Absolute game changer for our household 😀

Great pillow, delivered very quickly, great support and makes sleeping a lot more comfortable with pregnancy

I ordered the pregnancy pillow as I have Fibromyalgia/EDS needed some support sitting and sleeping. It’s absolutely incredible so far like no other so far there’s no dips in middle. It’s so supportive!! Kally kept you up to date with packing etc and shipping was fast. I couldn’t recommend more.

I ordered 2 wedge anti reflux pillows on 05 May 2025.

They wedges are so hard and uncomfortable so I returned the items. I posted them to the “sorting & handling” centre as per their instruction and I’m still waiting for my credit of £119!!!
No reply from customer care, very disappointing indeed

The U-shaped pregnancy pillow is great. Yes it’s big but it fully supports your bump and back. I love the cooling material used so I don’t feel too hot especially in the hot weather. Order was easy to track.

I ordered a pillow 3 weeks ago, it stated 3-4 days for delivery. It still has not arrived, I have emailed twice but they have not replied and there is no phone number on their website.
