The product did a nice job cleaning the shoes, but after they come out of the washer I have to pick off a bunch of little pieces of yellow lint that embedded into the fabric of my shoes.

I ordered the cleaning kit including the cleaning sheets. However, they continue to send me packs of sheets each month and bill my card. I am not on a subscription plan. I complained last month and they credited me back for the charge but I see they have charged me again today. Be aware it you buy the kit because you will probably have the same problem that I am having with them billing each month for products I have not ordered.

I asked them to refund me because I boy ordered one but after checkout, apparently another one was added. I sent the request for a refund for 2nd item and it was confirmed. Never got refund or original item. Filing a dispute with my bank. I think all the 5-star reviews are from them.

I cancelled my order IMMEDIATELY after placing it. I used the company’s online contact form and also sent two separate emails, clearly instructing them to cancel the order and refund me in accordance with their cancellation policy.

I received no response whatsoever. Instead, the company ignored my cancellation requests, shipped the order, and sent me multiple automated emails thanking me and telling me it had been dispatched.

I will now incur substantial import taxes on an order I explicitly cancelled before shipment. I have also contacted the company through Facebook and still have had no human response.

Extremely concerning experience. I will update this review if and when the company responds and resolves the matter.

Wir haben für unsere langen Reisen in Asien die wunderbaren Taschen genutzt . Wir fühlten uns immer sicher damit !
Die Taschen sind schön flach und alles wertvolle findet Platz . Nichts stört in engen Zügen beim Schlaf .

Hallo, ich bin begeistert von Kaliteas, meine Schuhe sind nach dem Waschen mit dem Waschbeutel wie neu und als nach einigen Wäschen der Reisverschluss kaputt gegangen war habe ich sofort ohne Umstände einen neuen Beutel bekommen. Ich kann Kaliteas nur empfehlen !!!

Ich habe schon lange nach diesem Produkt gesucht. Danke für eure Idee.💡

Das Produkt ist sehr gut

Habe den Waschbeutel für Schuhe schon öfters in der Werbung gesehen, aber niemals gedacht, dass er so gut funktioniert. Habe nun zwei paar Turnschuhen ein zweites Leben gegeben!

I've used the bags for a couple of weeks now and I can say it's something every person needs in a home if you are into clean shoes. It's so gentle with my wash machine but still ensures our shoes especially my kids' shoes are well cleaned while being protected as well. I highly recommend this bag.👌🏽 👍🏾

Die Firma wirbt damit, dass man sein Geld zurück bekommt, wenn man nicht zufrieden ist. Das ist nicht der Fall. Ich habe innerhalb von ca. 10 Tagen Kontakt mit der Firma aufgenommen weil ich von den Waschbeuteln nicht überzeugt war. Zuerst wollten sie mir 25 % des Preises rückerstatten und ich dürfte mir das Produkt behalten, dann 50 %, dann 75 % und als ich sagte, dass ich auch das nicht will, weil mich das Produkt nicht überzeugt ist der Kontakt abgebrochen. Auch auf diverse Emails meinerseits wird seither nicht mehr reagiert. Komplett unseriös!

Eigentlich eine schöne Dache. Allerdings löste sich nach dem 1. Waschen schon die Naht. Sachse.
