Kalimbera Recenzje

Hello there!

Thanks a lot for the fast delivery and a huge thanks for the Kalimba! It looks amazing and sounds amazing too.

My son asked for a kalimba for Christmas. But not just any kalimba, he wanted one specifically from Kalimbera. Though shipping to the States took a while and I was worried it might not arrive in time for the holiday, it did and he was thrilled. He's been playing it to all of our enjoyment ever since! Thank you very much for the beautiful instrument.

I ordered the 17 keys nightingale few weeks back and i can't be more satisfied! The delivery was very fast, it came before Christmas even though it didn't have to. The sound is resonating and beatiful, without any dead tines. It has got a comfortable shape and the engravement is very clear. Thank you so much for the amazing product!

I'm wery happy! Kalimba arrived within 1 week beautifully and securely packaged. The engraving is beautiful too! I ❤ Kalimbera. Thanx!

The Kalimba that arrived was in excellent condition and sounds very light, airy yet resonant. It did take longer than expected to arrive. I'm based in Ireland so I thought it'd arrive in a couple of business days, but turns out it was manufactured in China and took a good few weeks to arrive.

I received my kalimba - very satisfied, thank you.

I live in Romania. I ordered a Kalimba, from Kalimbera and it arrived in like 3-4 weeks. The whole shipping process was clear and easy to follow. The instrument itself is really well made, the whole box smelled like lavender which is a nice touch and it also stayed in tune as far as the tuner software can tell :) I have no complains, I got what I wanted, it arrived in a reasonable time and the custom engraving I requested looks top notch. Great job Kalimbera. 11/10 Recommend.

I was happy when it arrived. They carved beautifuly my name and it makes me inlove more on my kalimba.
Kalimbera is such a wonderful when it comes to product and on how they handle costumers.

Nice quality, and very beautiful sound.

Hat alles bestens geklappt, gerne wieder

I made a mistake with my order. Kalimbera responded very quickly and helped me out immediately.

Thank you!

Мне всё понравилось, заказывал в Россию и всем доволен. Советую

Excellent service, nothing wrong with the package, very cute and well done

Finally got my package and it looks fantastic. It sounds beautiful and like them said, it really is an instrument that anyone can play. Despite the shipment process being a little bit bizarre (mostly due to my weird address though), it is a pleasant purchase in my opinion.

I am in France. I chose Kalimbera because I loved the idea of engraving on kalimba. I was also looking forward to this kalimba as it was my birthday present. However, things didn't go as I expected. First of all, there was no notification for an update on the shipping status of my order when it arrived in France and I had to manually go to my personal Kalimbera link to check. After that, I couldn't find my parcel even though it was updated as delivered to my mailbox. When I complained to Kalimbera, they told me to contact the transport company myself to find the package, even though the tracking number was not provided. I then had to claim with the shipping company myself, and I needed information about the size of the parcel to claim, but I didn't get any help from Kalimbera even though I emailed them asking. I had problems with lost packages when buying from overseas with another brand, but they resolved the issue directly with the shipping company and helped me get my order. That makes me feel very disappointed about Kalimbera's service.

Super product, Good price

Great! Good packing and was worth the money!

I am very happy with my 21 keys Wren kalimba from Kalimbera because its sound is great and the instrument is beautiful. And the engraving (the Irish Harp) is beautiful too. I recommend!

First time ordering and the instrument is absolutely beautiful and shipping was fast and easy, thank you very much!
