I ordered a pair of my favorite shoes
I ordered a pair of my favorite shoes. They were on sale. I picked them up at the store on Östermalm. It was smooth and the staff seemed friendly. However I would prefer if they would check your id when picking up orders instead of just order nr. The delivery to the store could also be a bit quicker.

If you received the wrong size, you should of course not have to pay any return shipping costs. That is not the experience we want our customers to have.

Order did not arrive
Ordered a pair of pants to be delivered at the store. Went a week with no information. Emailed the store and they said it must have been misplaced or something. The pants were now sold out so they said there was nothing to do. Did not get the pants.

Unfortunately, your order was wrongly sorted at our warehouse, which caused the issue and ultimately meant that the was lost in tranist. We completely understand how disappointing and frustrating that must have been.
