Tyvärr har vi under perioden haft en ovanligt hög ordervolym samtidigt som sommar- och semestertider har påverkat både leveranstider och svarstider hos vår kundservice. Det är ingen ursäkt, men en förklaring till varför både din leverans och vårt svar tog längre tid än normalt.

7 days after order and I still haven’t gotten a confirmation that it’s been picked and/or sent.
Customer support did not yet respond to my email requesting an update- 3 days ago.

Vi ber verkligen hemskt mycket om ursäkt för att återbetalningen har tagit så lång tid. Vi förstår att det har varit frustrerande.
Returer från Norge följer tyvärr en annan process än inhemska returer, bland annat på grund av tull- och frakthantering, vilket innebär att handläggningstiden ofta blir längre. Det sagt förstår vi att väntan har varit alldeles för lång.
Vi kan se att din återbetalning nu har genomförts.
När det gäller svarstiden från vår kundservice påverkades den tyvärr av sommar- och semesterperioden, vilket ledde till längre svarstider än normalt. Det ber vi också om ursäkt för.
Tack för att du tog dig tid att ge oss din feedback. Vi hoppas att vi får möjlighet att ge dig en bättre upplevelse framöver.

Long delivery and poor customer service
I ordered two dresses over two weeks before a wedding. They did not arrive in time. Customer service is terrible. They don't appear to care and it takes them days to respond. Very poor. I do not recommend this company whatsoever. Avoid. Christ knows if I actually get a refund!!!
