JWLogistics Recenzje

I had an amazing experience with JW Logistics! From start to finish, their service was excellent and very professional. They kept me updated every step of the way, providing tracking numbers, pictures, and timely updates throughout the entire shipping process.
I especially want to recognize Owen, my representative, for going above and beyond. He was extremely detailed, responsive, and made sure I was informed about everything—from the shipment’s progress to the moment my box arrived safely at their warehouse.
It’s such a great feeling to work with a freight company that truly values communication and customer service. I highly recommend JW Logistics to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and trustworthy freight services.
Thank you, Owen, and the entire JW Logistics team, for the awesome service! 👏🏽📦⭐️

Coordination was straightforward and the paperwork was handled without issues. Freight moved on schedule and communication stayed steady throughout — easy to get an update when I needed one. Solid service, will use again.

Excelente servicio puntualidad a la hora de sus entregas confiables

The Service is good, fast and priced appropriately. Have used air cargo, everything worked out very fine.

Very good service. Package came on time. Professional agents (Sara)

Great service and fast delivery from this company . Katie is super helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. I have been shipping with them for the past three years and my cargo has always delivered safely and on time. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their service again.

Super realizable carrier helps me with everything..Sarah was so patient and helpful will be using this courier again .smooth transaction smooth delivery always updates where your packages

To be very honest I was skeptical. 😂 But they delivered FASTER THAN I EXPECTED. They also went to pick up my good from my other shipping company that was giving me issues. They picked up and shipped and it was cheaper. The lady who handled my order was called Yep she was awesome ngl. She kept on reassuring me and carrying me along with every process and how my goods were being shipped. 😂 I got tired of the updates she was giving me. I can recommend them 100%

Working with JWLogistics was a smooth process. They were responsive with my queries and all communication felt very easy. We would be very happy to work with them again in the future!

Had an amazing experience with this company they catered to my every need. I was quoted very competitively and they are transparent with their prices so there are no hidden costs. My order also arrived very fast with no issues it actually came before the expected date, this company also handled all my customs and importation documents for me. I will be using this company as my main logistic provider for future orders.

Entreprise sérieuse, Katie est serviable et professionnelle et réactive. C’est pour cela que je met 5 étoiles. Délai annoncé avec un léger retard. Il faut compter deux mois pour recevoir la marchandise.

JW Logistics offers competitive consolidation rates and basic photo updates. However, working with agent Rita Chen was a frustrating experience. Communication was very slow, and our cargo sat in their warehouse for two full months.

Despite using an in-house Chinese agency for customs clearance, they struggled to coordinate with DSV—a major freight forwarder that other agents work with seamlessly. Fine if you are on a tight budget and in no rush, but not recommended if you need reliable operations and responsive support.

I've had a smooth shipping experience with this team for at least a year now. Chloe provided patient and timely support all the way, and responded quickly to all my questions. They also handled specific requests, custom packaging and personalisation, for example, without any issue, and always found a solution whenever a problem came up. Everything was arranged properly. Highly recommend their logistics service.

Owen was the gentleman who helped me, he took very good care of my orders, repackaged them for the best for items to arrive safely as possible and the most efficiently and cost productive. He always answers in a timely manner, very professional and friendly.

All good, used them multiple times over the years and never had a problem.

Shippings from china to europe have always been fast.
They also take care of repackaging all small goods into a bigger carton.

absolutely recommended.

I was satisfied with their shipping services. They were helpful with the exact dimensions and weight for my shipment helping me to avoid overweight fees. I have previously experienced this with another company and it doubled my shipping costs. Running a small business it is very important to have an good shipping company. They kept me updated and were quick with responding to my questions. I will use them again and would highly recommend.
