Had a good stress free buying experience here, sorted out my px at a good price and made sure that my budget wasn't exceeded. A good process all round and both Suni and Ash and handover girl were more than helpful.

Helpful, relaxed but not pressured - great experience
Made to feel really comfortable and relaxed. Krystal walked me through various options and respected my input with what I did and didn't like. Both her and the other lady (really sorry I cant remember her name) were so helpful and I'm extremely happy with my purchase

I am a returning customer as I have been to JW autos before to buy a car with my friend which went well. And here is my honest opinion about JW-autos
Sales
JW-autos have a fantastic Sales personnel in particular if you have Krystal as your advisor then you are in right hands. She’s patient, understand your needs and tailor your search to what you want. Krystal is just amazing and if there is any reason to go back to JW it’s because of her professionalism and conduct and knowledge.
My Bad Experiences
Valeting- Before picking my car, I discovered that it was not well cleaned. The frunk was in a terrible state and I called their attention to it and they asked me to come back a day later- I would have imagined that a car being picked up by a customer should be in a good / clean state
Post sales-
Shortly (2 days)after picking up my car. I discovered there is a chip on the inner part of the panoramic roof. This can only be noticed if you are sitting on the passenger side which unfortunately I did not sit in whilst checking the car. The very first passenger I picked noticed this. Note that this was not disclosed on the listing nor during sales and a chip is definitely not consistent with the “fair usage according to age of car”. A chip is an actual damage caused by hitting the roof. I contacted JW autos immediately and oh my God the tone of their message is terrible. It is like, once they get paid they don’t care about whatever happens. They were being dismissive and offer no probable solution and I just find this behaviour very unprofessional.
Overall if you want a good Sales rep and sales experience it’s a definitely a good place to be and you will be in good hands of knowledgeable individuals and sales personnel(particularly Krystal)who prioritise your needs
However, if you care about post sales customer services and support you need to manage your expectations better

Great place to buy a car!
Popped down on Saturday afternoon to browse and ended up buying! Ash was very courteous, polite, professional and didn't make me feel pressured to buy. Dealing with finance was a breeze and handled promptly and professionally. Marko sorted out the collection paperwork and road tax and I'm now the happy owner of an MB GLA! Would 100% recommend these guys, they were amazing 👏

Great Experience
Louie and Marko were extremely friendly and professional. They talked me through the whole process and helped me to pick out a beautiful car. Getting the finance and tax was so quick and easy, and they took care of everything. I am now the happy owner of a lovely Mini Countryman. I would highly recommend them.

Only went to ‘look’ at a potential new car but ended up buying that day. Made to feel very welcome, I wasn't pressured regards my purchase but the buying options to buy were brilliant… I didn’t want to lose this product. Would certainly recommend to others
