Austin was very proactive in matching our buyers to our property and we sold within 10 days of them viewing. From accepting their offer through to buying our new home, again through Just Property, the communication was excellent.

Intrusive and Harassing Conduct during a Medical Emergency
"I am utterly appalled by the conduct of Just Property (Hastings). After getting muddled with a viewing location, I was met with rudeness over the phone. I clearly explained I could not continue further viewings as my 90-year-old mother was unwell. Despite this, a male staff member tracked me down on two separate occasions within a 20-minute window. He first confronted me in the street in Hastings Old Town at approximately 11:30 am. After I again declined, he tracked us down a second time inside a coffee shop 15 minutes later to continue pressuring me.
As a woman, I found being repeatedly followed and cornered in public intimidating, creepy, and a clear form of harassment—behaviour I doubt would be directed at a man. My mother was rushed to hospital that afternoon and remains an inpatient. Despite this, the agency’s only follow-up was a cold email complaining about their 'booked space' and a later dismissal stating they had 'done nothing wrong' as a 'family business.' I find their arrogant and predatory approach a disgrace. I will be reporting this incident to The Property Ombudsman (TPO) and advise others to stay far away."

They helped with getting a lot of viewings for my property when I was selling and the communication and proactiveness from the team from the very start right up to completion was highly professional. Colin and the team at Just Property were excellent dealing with our purchase. We have had a bit of a long process to say the least to get to exchange however that is not down to the control of Just Property. Ashley and then Colin were extremely responsive, always keeping us up to date where new information was available and set realistic expectations. We didn't sell with Just Property as we are relocating from a different area, but rest assured when our time comes to sell again, we will use Just Property.

We purchased our first home through JP and the entire experience was brilliant.

We called on a whim one Saturday in October and were booked in for a viewing just a few hours later. We made our first offer the same day, and were guided through a small negotiating period by Kyle - he was very honest, forthcoming and put us at ease.

JP were able to arrange a second viewing further along the buying process and anytime we needed further information from our sellers, they were able to pass on and resolve the query quickly.

Close to exchange there were some slight issues with our seller’s new property and their local searches. This delayed the process, but Colin was communicating between all parties constantly and was a tremendous help.

We collected our keys (with a complimentary bottle) and are very happy! We will definitely look to use Just Property if we were to move in the future!
