first-time buyer - special shoutout to Phil
As a first-time buyer, I felt really overwhelmed and had little understanding of all the house admin involved in moving. Just Move In made everything so easy and took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders.
Everyone I spoke to were incredibly friendly and helpful, with a special shoutout to Phil who went above and beyond getting me set up with utilities, broadband and more. Phil was very patient and understanding of my position and allowed me to ask questions. He explained things very clearly and was polite and confident.
I can’t put into words how helpful this service is — I would recommend Just Move In to anyone, especially first-time buyers.

Ray was fantastic! He explained everything so clearly, I understood everything and his customer service was above and beyond. His phone call today has saved me money as well as time and hassle of getting all the essentials sorted for my new home, I’m so grateful as this was on my to do list and to be honest I wasn’t looking forward to putting day by to get everything done, the service was so efficient and straight forward I would highly recommend them and Ray! Bills setup
I personally spoke to Ray on the phone and he was helpful and polite the whole time.
He explained everything that I needed to know and helped me setup what bills we could for my new move making it 1000 times easier than the last time I moved.
No complaints at all he was very friendly and if I ever do move again I'd probably be calling these guys back to help me.
The whole call from start off being transferred to setting bills up, extras and insurance took 40 minutes which is considerably less than if id have had to sort all my bills out separately.
