Excellent service couldn’t recommend it anymore! I will in fact be telling my friend who is also dealing with moving about Just Move In! Will was extremely helpful and as a young adult moving out for the first time I was stressed and struggling to organise and find bills but Will carefully explained everything and really took care in helping me out! Service is amazing and really took a ton of weight off my shoulders. Huge thanks to Will and the rest of the team :)

Slow in notifying previous suppliers caused bill.
Was told they would inform all of my previous suppliers but a week later when I was billed by one of them I discovered they had not informed my gas and electric supplier or my water supplier. I have been told by them it is now my responsibility to try and claim the refund which is putting a delay on providing evidence to my previous landlord that there is no outstanding payments at the address and therefore caused a delay in getting my deposit back. I have also since been told it is my responsibility to let my broadband supplier know I have switched even though I made the switch through Just Move In.

I had an outstanding experience working with Rio as my move specialist. From start to finish, he made what could have been a stressful process feel simple and organized.
Rio took the time to walk me through different energy company options and helped me find the best deals, including smart bill-bundling options that will save me money long term. He also handled notifying the relevant suppliers of my occupancy start and end dates, which took a huge task off my plate during an already busy time.
What really impressed me was how comprehensive his support was. He connected me with a great insurance option and even explained how I could use my rent payments to help build my credit score — something I hadn’t considered before. That kind of extra guidance truly sets him apart.
Rio was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely focused on helping me make informed decisions. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a move specialist who goes above and beyond.
