Helpful and clear service
I am an international student living in private accommodation, and I used Just Move In for my move. My experience was very good. Will was helpful and spoke clearly, so I was able to understand him well. He was patient and let me ask questions again when I needed.
After our call, he sent me an email with a clear summary of everything that was done. This included informing the council, water, and electricity companies about my move-out and move-in dates, registering my new property, and arranging the energy switch. He also explained the insurance and next steps.
Having everything written in one email made the process much easier and less stressful for me. I am happy with the service.

Excellent service
Donna was very helpful and kind in regards to helping with deciding on providers for utilities and gave me confidence in being able to trust the service with the admin side of moving, confirmed a follow up with regards to the rest of the admin side and provided with all the information I need to have a smooth move.

Not ideal
I had what I thought was a very detailed discussion with a pleasant representative. I even had a follow up email summarising what was agreed on-Just move in was to notify my water company, electric and council tax of my change of address. Unfortunately, none of these changes were made and I ended up doing them myself. This was not ideal and a disappointing waste of my time. The worse part is that I felt confident in the representative and initially wrote a positive review when prompted.
