Decent Company
I was a little disappointed that the price had to be increased after the fitters survey. However the installation team were excellent and the after sales service when solving a network problem with telephony (free of charge) was quick and helpful. All in all very satisfied, we will be using you again.

Thank you for your great 4 star review it means a lot. We do try to get things right at survey stage with regard to pricing and it is usually right the majority of the time ,very occasionally however our engineers do come across an issue that may have been missed on the original visual survey and we advise accordingly. We are glad you were happy with the high standard and quality of installation and after sales service.
Beware !
Be very careful when dealing with Justice. We had a dispute over a charge that we were not made aware would fall outside of our maintenance contract. Despite many attempts to clarify the situation, having been told by the MD that we had been quoted for the work, a copy of that quote could not be provided by the company. When booking an engineer there was no quote, and no mention of an additional charge. The accounts department ignored all requests from us for several months, and then threatened legal action. We had no option but to pay the invoice, but have referred Justice to Trading Standards for investigation.
The domestic alarm system is mediocre by today’s standards, the app is pretty poor and our experience is that their procedures & customer service are both severely lacking. Not a pleasant company to deal with.
Updated following the response received today, 25/7/24:
Response has taken the best part of 6 months to receive, is factually incorrect (we had windows & doors replaced, not a new telephone!) and is not a true reflection of the issues and events.
Trading Standards will be updated accordingly.

we are sorry you were not happy with the service provided however you called us following alterations you had from your telephone/internet provider which is outside of your maintenance contract with us , we gave you our standard call out charge over the phone for which was accepted and we duly sent our engineer out. following the engineers visit we sent out our invoice which you then disputed. I hope this clarifies matters but if not please do not hesitate to contact our admin team.
Helped out when no one else would!
Had a new build house and electrician fitted an alarm,
however would not programme it. You wouldn't believe how many local alarm companies refused to help........that until I spoke with Justice Fire and and Security. Extremely helpful and understanding and booked me in for an engineer visit within a week.
Polite and professional, the engineer programmed and fitted components and had me set up in hour. Great service and thank you Justice Fire and Security for helping me out when no one else would. Would definitely recommend this company

I called justice Fire & Security for an alarm system for our house the surveyor came on time went through all what we needed for the house said he would get a quote and get back to us that was over 2 weeks ago given up waiting. Do not bother with these people waste of time all talk no action. steer clear,would have given less star but only go as low as 1 star and thats to good.

Dear Mr Coyne we didn't actually visit your property to carry out the survey in the first place. The initial survey was booked however it was then subsequently cancelled by yourself (via e-mail) as you had said your son had arranged for someone else to come in. Are you sure you are not referring to another company as we didn't even visit as you had described. If you could remove this negative post it would be appreciated as we were not even given a chance to quote, thank you.
Bad Advice when leaving
So had this service for many years- no issues. Wanted an upgrade but they wanted to charge £££ so decided to get another company. Asked them what the next step was and they asked for an email from us to discontinue their service. We did this and there was a 3 month cancellation time, fair enough.
5 months down the line our old sensors went off. We thought we had left them?? Phoned Justice and they hadn’t disconnected or ‘ down powered’ us. Want to charge us for coming out to do this !!! Asked why this was not part of the process last November and they stated that ‘most people request this’ ???? We were not given this information at the time. I am not an alarm specialist so how would I know. My husband is a doctor and I am a nurse this is the last thing we need at this time. So our old alarm keeps going off !!!!! They still want to charge us a call out!!!

You cancelled the service with us as you said you had found someone cheaper. We would not attend site to disconnect anything as it is your equipment and what would normally happen is that the new provider would either take over your existing system or replace it either way it would not require us to visit site unless you specifically wanted us to remove the equipment and this would be chargeable. I hope this clarifies the matter however please do not hesitate to contact our admin team if you need any further help.
